Bam Margera to remain in jail after being arrested for suspected DUI in Pennsylvania

Bam Margera will remain in jail after the reality TV star was arrested last week on suspicion of DUI.
Margera appeared in court on Monday on claims he violated the conditions of his probation.
A Chester County judge ordered Margera to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation before the judge makes a decision on his case.
Pennsylvania State Police say the 44-year-old was arrested last Monday in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI. This led to a bench warrant for his arrest in Chester County.

Then I grew up, I found things less funny, I love the jackass movies still but viva la bam and his other shows just didn’t sit right with me I thought I was becoming a chump. I was growing up something he never did. I gave him a pass in my world when Dunn passed but even that was because of dunns own bullshit ways of being. Hearing that he attacked his brother and threatened to kill his family is enough. As someone who recently lost his older brother I can’t continue this anymore. Bam "doing good" in sobriety doesn't cut it if you've been threatened with prison if you relapse. And he didn't even make it a couple of months. And he didn't just "slip once" recently, because there is social media clips of him out drinking at bars, etc. I'm 34 years sober and you have to stick with it long term. He hasn't achieved crap yet. He lies about his sobriety time too. If Bam doesn't get the chip off his shoulder he's going to end up dying like Aaron Carter did. From his own ego. No such thing as 34 or 40 year's sober. Many of those who take 30 year chips may have sobriety off their current drug of choice but many use other things such as nicotine which is a very addictive drug or abuse energy drink's or legal highs.

His wife is his support system. So, maybe don’t let him travel anywhere without his support system. And if you’re worried about him driving, then make it like a learners permit. He can only drive with appropriate supervision or something like that. There are options.
