I wanted to share with you a realistic napshot of my daily morning routine in my work week. This particular day I gave myself some grace and woke up a bit later than I usually do during the school year. In this video walk you through my workout, skin care, getting ready for work, packing up breakfast and lunch, loading up the car, feeding my dogs and cat, nursing my baby and getting out the door. In future videos, I want to show the process in more detail and include breakfast prep.
