Dental hygienist here 🙋🏾‍♀️ always use soft bristles for your toothbrush or else you’ll start to see recession along your gum line and sometimes loss of tooth structure. Always slowly move the toothbrush along, never scrub, it’s doing the work for you 😊 also, brushing after you eat is more effective as long as you wait 20-30 minutes to allow your mouth to get as close to neutral acidity as possible.
