@@alexanderwright9064 Heyhey that’s awesome. I watch a lot of overland stuff filmed in Australia. At least now you know your bike can start in the cold if it ever gets chilly down there eh.

So no battery tender needed? I was wondering if id have any battery issues in the winter with mine.. putting a tender on seams like a pain..
@greatwhitenorthoverland25 күн бұрын
@@fuadsflkas I would recommend using a battery tender in the cold weather, especially because these bikes don’t have a kick starter. I always have a battery tender on my bike when I’m Not riding it, and a bike tarp. My plug in is Right where my bike sits, so it’s easy enough. This bike stays outside all year round, and sometimes it drops to -20c. This video was filmed a couple weeks ago, on a trip back home up north, and the bike was only outside for 7 days. I personally wished I had brought my battery tender on the trip, but I thought it was going to be way warmer.

@@greatwhitenorthoverland So that entails seat removal and left panel removal? Thanks in advance!

@@fuadsflkas my battery tender plugs into the bikes OEM plug in. This is the one I have. I also have a “winter prep” video on the channel. Battery Tender Junior 12V, 750mA... www.amazon.ca/dp/B000CITK8S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

why wouldnt you garage your bike??? pure supidity
@greatwhitenorthoverland21 күн бұрын
@@thelonewolf666 Thank you for the Kind worlds. This video was taken a few weeks ago when my family and I went back home for the week. The shed behind the bike was filled with stuff, that was not mine to remove, and there wasn’t any room to store my bike. The garage by the house was full of furniture from a relative passing away. The only option was to store the bike outside for a few days. I usually run a battery tender, and a tarp, but I was under the impression that the week was going to be a warm one. Thanks for watching.
