the problem with Morant is his explosiveness....now hear me out. the most games he has played was his rookie year at 67 when he caught a lot of people off guard. now that same explosiveness is just a detriment ie like a guard named derek rose. even tho peek Rose did win MVP, once the injuries started mounting up he was never the same. so Ja is averaging 60 games a year (if you dont include his first and last year) but if you include those years he averages 51 games a year. Memphis showed that they they cant win without Ja (except for year 3 i think they went 20-5 without Ja) but they had Tyus Jones which in my opinion is highly underrated backup PG. and if you try to say well he can just try and not be as explosive then you are looking at a career 31% three point shooter.

I'm kinda curious if you just built a team with insane athleticism can they dominate. Like if u did ja at pg and ant at 2 guard and zion on pf....is that a big 3 that just eats the league alive or is the lack of shooting or only 1 ball a limiting factor for that team.

Ja and Ant are respectable shooters, but I think the lack of shooting would catch up to them imo. Ja and Zion would also be targeted on defense too
