Me too. The first "budget" headphones I have tried that actually sound good. I had to pick one of the available equalizer type settings but there is one that sounds great with my music. I would love to use the micro SD card but there are no instructions on how it operates. Do you know if it has any sort of "shuffle" feature or does it just "dumb play" based on alphabetical or order on the card? I'm sure the next and last song buttons to change songs but I like to shuffle play my music.

Thanks. Seems few people actually use the SD card. It's very hard to get a definitive answer and the manufacturer certainly didn't bother to elaborate in the instructions.

When it's charging, it should be off. After powering it off and then charge... does it auto power on after its plugged-in?

That’s my question to! When I haven’t plugged in my computer, I can’t hear the sound very well. Except when I hold down the button, but it won’t stay down! What is its function? The stupid instructions are about three pages which do not fully explain how to properly use the buttons etc.

@Spacecakejunkie You actually unpair them from your device settings... it really depends on the device its connected too. You may want to check the manual or Google how to unpair Bluetooh from your type of device.. such as your phone, computer, or tablet model.

You can’t mute the mic. The one built in to the headphones activates when you’re connected via Bluetooth and have a phone call. If you hear the call through the headphones, the nic is on too. If you have call audio routed to headset or speakerphone, headphones mic turns off. If you’re using the wire connection, the mic should be in the red button part. While wired headphones buttons & mic are disabled. Although headphones can’t toggle mute of its own mic, both phone & computer settings can. So if you’re using Bluetooth; have audio routed to headphones; and on a phone call you hear the other person, but they can’t hear you at all through the headphones’ mic, it could be due to your Settings configuration. Too many possible ways to list here, but I’d start by opening settings & search “headphones” on an iPhone. Android I don’t know., but there’s certainly something similar. Point is, your device controls what’s muted, volume, etc., not the headphones. Remember, the built in mic is very basic, so it doesn’t do well with background noise or have any of the sound refining abilities that are fairly standard in modern phones, so we’re used to them and expect that quality. So it can be very hard to hear using that mic outdoors, for example. Finally, it’s possible that your mic is broken or defective. It’s an under $20 pair of headphones, after all. Really it’s quite remarkable that there even is a built in mic. Still, that’s the least likely thing. Most likely, it’s your device settings.

I bought these on wish for like 12 with shipping. I got the wrong color and they don't hold a charge. Total trash garbage. 8 hours of charging then they die in 10 minutes or won't turn on at all unless plugged in. Trash
