So my speculative meme Dread Mob list is: 2 Meks, to guide 2 Stompas, and 60 or 70 Gretchin (w 6 or 7 Runtherds to keep them in line). If I go for 70 grots that leaves 30 points for enhancements. In my head, the two Ork Stompa crews are fighting each other, and the opponent's army is just getting in their way. 😊 I just need forty or so more Grots and a couple of Stompas and no rules changes until then. 😉

Grots are looking pretty awesome here! There are some nice alternative Grot models out there (just to prevent them all looking like the base 10 Grots in the GW kit)..... Only issue is finding some alternative Runtherd minis out there.

I managed to eBay a Mannok Da Kunnin' mini from the AoS Kruleboyz range With a bit of modification he's a very nice savage Ork-looking Runtherd proxy 👌

I think one or two squads is always gonna be a good investment at smaller points levels, but definitely if you got the points in a dreadmob list, it's gonna be worth maxing out for that potential extra CP

Yeah great cp farm and it makes sense because a battle shocked unit loses it oc so just tidies up something that should have been allowed. Yeah two max in other detachments but dread mob max with wortsnagga leading one and conniving runts is excellent flood board and make the opponent struggle to get to your valuable units.

@@6Stevo unfortunately no. Ran a Kult of Speed against two Riptides, a hammerhead with Commander Longstrike, and Commander Farsight. Got shot to pieces, and a lot of my melee was pretty ineffective against the high toughness of those Battlesuits.

@@6Stevo truth is that the painboy do's more with is d6 killing model's so long I roll a 4 for its gun after that its up to warboss in close combat
