Exactly, why they identify themselves as X-Pop. You can't specifically say they are Kpop alone, although they have trained under Kpop system, they have a korean/japanese producers, the girls are all Japanese, and they sing in English(since they aim to reach global market). My point is, technically, they have qualities that are from both kpop and not kpop. (Just my two cents for those who keep on arguing whey are kpop or not) They have always been true to their dna as an rnb and hiphop group(if you would research their music). If you get it, you get it. If not, XG might not be for you, but they are for me. I like their music, the girls are very talented, they deliver performance wise, their concepts are always creative and innovative, and they have a great company and team to back them up.

가사를안쓰면 힙합이아니라 랩만하는거죠. 개인적으로 아이돌업계에서 가사까지쓰는건 바라지도않고 랩이라도 어설프지 않게 하면 좋겠다는 생각입니다 컨셉자체가 이전부터 블랙핑크를 그대로 베껴온건맞지만 이번노래에서 랩만보면 블랙핑크보다 잘하는것같습니다 총괄프로듀서도 한국인에 말씀하신 챈들러포함 한국인 스탭이 엄청 붙고 한국 음악방송 다 나오며 파이챙기면서 본인들은KPOP아니라는둥 소속사에서 잡음이 많긴한건 아쉽네요 데뷔도 하기 전부터 본인채널에 티저영상올라오기전부터 지켜봤는데 잘되길바랍니다 다른 곡은 Shooting star도 좋습니다
