6x time lapse of Maytag washer not washing items.

Maytag repairman have been put twice in the past month... one guy said everything is fine, you are loading it wrong... next guy came out, found the machine was not level...leveled it, watched my video and told Maytag techs what he saw and they told him to “educate the consumer”...
Machine still does not force items on top down below to be cleaned.
Maytag’s newest machines now have an agitator...probably because a lot of people are making this same complaint. I want them to replace this piece of garbage with a machine that will actually clean clothes... I recommend they bring me one with an agitator.

This is just one of the many loads I’ve attempted. The owners manual actually shows items loaded to the top (even though their rep said to load it less than half way) while my loads are always below that. I’ve even tried a load with 10 pr of underwear, 5 dresses, 2 shirts and one pair of shorts... same result. Too small, too large, loaded wrong... just excuse after excuse for their flawed engineering.

@@kariedwards495 You can put the washer into diagnostic mode and it will do a self test. You can also put it in diagnostic mode and manually select different parts to test.

Jeri, they run their test and say it is doing what it is supposed to do.. I can make a popcorn popper that blows warm air just below the threshold to pop the corn...it’s blowing warm air which is what I created it to do...but it still isn’t doing the job intended. If items ride te top the entire time and never make it down to the cleaning area, the machine is not doing the job it is intended for. And I noticed they are doing away with this style of washer and going back to the agitator style
