Indeed! I want to go out with the trailer next week and there's always the possibility of coldness. I thought I'd bring my old propane heater but perhaps this stove is enough! :D

There are no problems only solutions! What you planned out with great thought works for how you want the kitchen area to work! The solutions you came up with to meet your needs are great! If you change things around no problem, you will solve that too in the future! Always room for improvement down the road. That makes you unique to accept that things may change in the future, but for now the solution works!
