Love the design and layout of this house with the added bonus of a laundry room. Also love that finally all 3 bed rooms have beds away from the walls that you can get into and out of the beds without disturbing other occupants. Only area that seems a bit of a waste of space is at the top of the stairs. I'm assuming it was to let light in, but you could install a rooflight in the flat roof over the staircase and incorporate the excess space into the back bedroom instead. Just an idea.

i would've placed the laundry area outside and placed the kitchen at the back and the living area where the kitchen is... but over all, love this lay out, it's very space efficient 👌

Is well designed & functional, perhaps some dimensions could be a little larger in regards length & width to accommodate personal living living spaces but overall is an excellent concept, certainly beats living rough in a cardboard box on the streets. I highly doubt many people would turn their nose up at decent accommodation such as this design that would suit the majority of their actual requirements rather a wish list that is out of their budget or financial capabilities Perhaps you are the exception
