Hello Ellie. I also cherish my quiet mornings on the weekend. During the week it is impossible because I am out the door very early but I make sure to give myself the time I need to recoup from the week on the weekends, no matter what is going on. It has done wonders for my mental health. You are wiser than you know. I am in my very early sixties and from where I sit, you are a young strong wonderful woman who has a lot to offer. I think the various paths that you are choosing to go down is very smart. Be you, be happy and live each day with gratefulness.
