Actually a guide that told me something about my class I was not really thinking of and that actually will have an impact on how I play/theorycraft stuff for me. Thx a lot for all your tips. This guide is not beginners friendly but it gives the ones with an understanding for the class all the hints too look out for. Thx a lot and keep up your tips when bfa actually hits.

Nice guide, Matt, and grats on the achieved with our m+ wheelchair class :) One thing you didnt really refer to in this video are stats. As I am always questioning what should be preferred, what should be aimed for and so on - what's your take on it? What do you run on bosses and adds concerning haste/crit/mastery?

I don't really know what stats are best for trash. For bosses it's really simple, just run the same gear as you would in raid. For trash currently I have a gearset that's only got about 11-12k haste and the rest crit/vers. It feels good but can't really say if it's significantly better than just using normal gear. Mastery I wouldn't really rate for m+ since on trash at least most of your damage comes from eruption/crash/mindflaysear - stuff that mastery doesn't help with.

Lemme ask you, gor avoidence fingers from seat and now i wanna make avoidence set for higher keya but its big dps loss, for what key level i should go for this two fingers?

Not sure on a specific level, but just whenever a boss might one shot you, so definitely above 20. It's not ideal to have them, but they're better than not having avoidance at all. Hopefully you get avoidance on some better pieces.

Hey Matt thanks for the guide, it really feels like we are a weaker warlock at some points with some niches. Our survivability sucks obvsl. in terms of playstyle nothing can beat SP (for me) maybe with some changes like you talked about we can compete in the future. I actually never played SC but I think I am going for it if its fortified and on > +20keys. Do you have any tips for more aoe pressure dmg (stats, maybe more mastery-less haste?) I am already switching trinkets (Terminus Signaling Beacon/Spectral Thurrible - Arcano) Would be great if you can tell what you guys do on high MOS keys if you get 2-3 times the stun with add spawn on you, cause if I dont have dispo I am always dead greetz Shruqx

Spriest is just not well equipped for higher levels of M+ compared to warlocks specially. I think Blizzard is taking the right steps by nerfing the double ramp up but at the same time they nerf mind bomb by making it stun 1 enemy and fear the surrounding mobs.It's as if they want priests to be a raid exclusive class

Hey there few questions if you dont mind, why thurible over prototype on your trash set, and which other aoe trinkets would you consider using if they proc high enough? thanks in advance

Marc-Antoine Corbeil If I remember right, when I made this I didn't have a prototype yet. I have two trash sets atm. One that uses both a 950 thurible and 960 prototype and one that uses a 955 beacon and the prototype. I like Thurible more, but am trying to test out ppd. As for other aoe trinkets, there aren't really any great ones. I'm going to try using pharamere's from Krosus on the MDI tourney realm but the chances of getting a good one on live are pretty small. The easily attainable trinkets (beacon and prototype) are more than good enough.

Marc-Antoine Corbeil oh, I do. But, not for damage. It's a 960 trinket with a good chunk of avoidance. The trinket itself is really bad. But if I want to live I have to use it sometimes.

On Void Ray: I think that for you in isolation this is a great talent for big trash packs. But most of the time you will have other classes who make much more of a difference there. Think of a DH spamming eye beam 24/7. You doing 8m instead of 6m dps does not make a real difference when the DH is doing 35m. You might as well play disc and shield him, in that situation. Also lots of big trashpulls are really quick anyways. All in all I would not expect that even in an ideal scenario for void ray you would shave off more than 10s off a dungeon timer compared to lingering insanity. I would rather try to make a difference on pulls with high health mobs or bosses.

Yeah, I've struggled with audio pretty much non-stop. For me on my PC it sounds perfectly fine, but on my phone I can definitely tell it's quiet. I'm not sure why that is and I'm pretty amateurish when it comes to editing etc, I'll have to figure out what's wrong and how to improve it.

I have alot of versitility gear from pvp can that substitute for avoidance gear which I nearly have none

Kind of, but not really. You need a lot of versatility to gain a significant amount of damage reduction from it. If you're not doing high keys ( around 18-19+ on tyr 20-21+ on fort) you can easily scrape by with prydaz and maybe masochism if it's a super scary dungeon.
