I think I speak for everyone who grew up on Sunday morning Hot Rod and TRUCKS tv... this.. is the best content you've made to date. Incredible format. Would wake up every Sunday and turn this on if it was on daytime tv. I'm so happy to see Trevor in his prime like this. Let's gooo! Same way we did the rotary BRZ swap. We made sure the factory trans and driveshaft were in place so we could keep everything from the bellhousing back. Then we installed the adapter plate and engine so we could find the position for making mounts. Now if we break anything we just got to the Subaru parts bin!

I watched power nation they had a new 7.3 hooked to Holley system, they say you need the two prong coils to work with that Holley set up, might want to check it out

Dude when I bought my first Na Miata the coilovers were brand new and the kid did the same thing he essentially just turned the car into a moving pogo stick I drove 2 hours home on the highway and some bumps would cause all 4 tires to come off the ground head hitting the roof and all. You skip being scared and go straight to angry. Shit was a game changer when I set preload and put them back on.

Again we'll they changed the damper, Holley intake , needs bigger injector size, they put a cam in it , got 685 hp from it, there engine came from fordit made more than 500 hp, stock,

here's a funny note for ya, Ford made the LS, chevy robbged them. ok, now, 20+yrs later, Ford does 7.3Godzilla. Garrett, Clet, used LS7 lifters in the godzilla, what does that say. Its a big LS engine. Also, around the 1500hp mark, he couldn't keep the heads down. Thats the limit of the engine/head combo. Just needs more Clamping power.

Does the dash work in the s550? I have a v6 one that i got for cheap from a wreck but want to do a 5.0 or an ls. I just cant sort if i need to redo dash modules or not for it to work.

curious why they/you are running the coolant through the intake ? Seems like it would just heat the intake charge? On our street/track cars sometimes we re-route the coolant away from the intake. In cold climates it has a use but in warm climates it just heats the intake temps.. Maybe with a forced induction car its a different story ?

I can't believe they disrespected that Mustang with a 2J but anyway This is a great build.. Can't wait to see it on the street. I just hope he makes it so it works just like a regular coyote would as far as the amenities in the interior... This will be a real test for that MT82 that's for sure.. Can't wait to see it on the street..

I work for a Ford dealer in parts, the throttle body does not have a part number on it, it is an engineering number which is close to the part number but not the same.

The MT82 from the 15-17 is actually quite strong. It's behind many 9 second s550's. The big issue with them, is the 1-2 selector, the synchros, the shift stop, the shift fork pads, and the remote shifter. In the words of Christian Bale from Ford vs Ferrari, they're fucking terrible. Fix those and they're generally pretty robust transmissions.

@MotionAutoTv it's either that, or get 1 from 2020 onwards, replaced the shift forks and synchros, and they're stronger again. Ratios may even be better for the big cube monster and drifting giving you more band per gear.

@ranware9071 wouldn't touch a calimer unit. Way too many warranty claims. T56 is barely any better at all, and by the time you spend the money, you still have a gearbox fitted with plastic shift pads and an array of other known issues. Too many people talk way to much shit about the mt82, barely have a complete understanding of it and just regurgitate shit other people talk. He already has the mt82, better off just doing to fixes and saving for a built magnum.

Mustang finally got a proper engine and transmission! We will finally be able to see it drift as it was meant to! And the S15 is back to its normal self, as it is meant to be! I'm having to forgo on the giveaway. I've been a caregiver (along with my mom) for my aunt (passed away in 2022) and my uncle (passed away back in February) since I retired from the Air Force back in 2016. The F'd up part is we were supposed to stay in their house until we were able to find our own place. But their children decided to NOT honor their parents' wishes and put the house up for sale and gave us a 30-day Notice to Vacate. Because of the housing market and we lost a lot of houses/apartments from the Tornado (Shawnee, OK) last year, it is a very long waiting list to rent. We can't afford to buy, so we are stuck with renting. Needless to say, there is a lot of anger towards my cousins because of their ignorance and lack of respect. If it wasn't for my mother and I, my aunt and uncle would've been in a nursing home because their children would've never taken care of them. So, we are having to stay in a long-term hotel until we find a place to rent. Hopefully, it won't be for more than a month. We are pinching penny's to ensure we have enough for a deposit and first months rent as well as utilities. So priorities are high and everything else is irrelevant. In addition to that, I recently purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Legacy LD WT (Work Truck) back in July 2023, which has been put to WORK. My mom has her 1989 Pontiac 6000 LE (was her mother and father's) and we inherited my aunt and uncle's 2002 Honda Odyssey EX. I have my old 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer ES (Totaled with tons of parts but not enough money for body shop) and my uncle's 1987 Chevrolet Scottdale R10 Square Body (needs an engine, transmission, and complete roof). That being said, we have plenty of cars and project cars. I wish everyone who is entered and who will be entering for the giveaway good luck!
