This is fantastic!! One issue tho, I sure wish you had created this video with THIS information, back when I was last tackling my IPR in my 2000 7.3! Man, talk about FRUSTRATING! It had multiple issues going on simultaneously

i suggest always taking apart the ipr and cleaning it always you got it off, it only takes a few minutes

put silicone on the end nut threads and it won't fall into the valley

that cylinder in the rear of the magneto tube acts as a baffle to calm the rad pressure changes going on in that valve it's a valve, not a sensor it duzn't sense anything...

if you use brake cleaner on the magneto connector it'll melt the insulator rubber into goo ...

use a paper towel on the barrel and your pipe wrench or vise grip makes less scars...

the purpose of the pigtail is to take the pcm outta the circuit... you already know it's ok since it starts and runs...

blow thru the ipr with yor mouth dun waste time with the air line after you clean it you can hear the pin slide as you tip it test the solenoid dun torque to spec
