One thing that I've done pretty much every morning since November 28, 2022, I have been doing a meditation/prayer and it makes you feel so much better. It is a special one though called Ho' opono pono, based on ancient Hawaiian tradition. This is the best kind because you can address the root of your emotional issues with this. It was popularized by the late Dr. Hew Len may he rest in peace (1939-2022). I also make sure to do at least one thing I enjoy every morning.
