Additionally, I used to love baths, but after being tripped up medically and put on steroids…cortisol mimics..I lost muscle and gained kilos. Hence getting out of a bath no longer was easy. For older people it’s advised they sit down in showers and had a low hand held shower.

YES on wood floors, warmer colors, undermount sinks, lots of lighting, and seeing the bathtub when entering the room! I just made the mistake of putting the toilet in full view. But it couldn’t be helped. Attic conversion with pipes already in position. 😂

I thought for sure one of the elements would be those beautiful freestanding tubs. They are notorious for being uncomfortable and inconvenient. I am about to rip one out of my bathroom and put in a nice rectangular one with a deck around it, just like I had in my last house.

How is small cabinet under the sink and one shelf above the toilet even enough? I've renovated my micro bathroom a month ago and just have ordered 4 cabinets to be made to fit the size and I'm still worried if they're going to contain all the stuff I own. Where do you do laundry, hang it, keep cleaning devises, detergents, where do you keep the buckets, bowls, washing powders/gels and all the supplies?

In your wash room or laundry room. The typical bathroom only store bathroom related items.
