Now a bit of information, the true Chinese algae eaters are not easily available in India but their golden variant is easily available. these fellows also are great algae eaters when they are small and as they mature they will go for fish food. they are also know to dig the soil looking for algae. Dude is your fish still small.... Wait for it to grow a bit. They are great for removing algae but they become very aggressive once they grow big. And they start troubling the bigger fish. It has already killed two of my beautiful gauramis and now I don't know wat ro do with this algae eater

My personal favourite is amano shrimp/otocinclus catfish/zebra thorn/Neritina pulligera but the problem with amano shrimp is on escape out from the aquarium although is a great shrimp for cleaning different type of algae🦐🐌

Atik there is a simple method for this, make sure you feed them in the night, 1or 2 algae wafers and the other important point is keep a small light on in the room at night. this will keep them calm and will not jump out of the tank.

Rainbow sharks are not known to eat any Lind of algae specifically. they are omnivores meaning they will eat meat and plant matter and are known to eat soft tissue of plants, so in a planted aquarium, rainbow sharks are not a very good idea if you have carpet plants but if you have dense vegetation they will live and grow well, the benefit of this fish is that they are good eaters so they will keep looking for food in the tank and will eat any leftover food etc

Any suggestions to remove that or I need to erase the complete bed and plant again. However I am planning for complete water change tomorrow and will try to remove manually. there are two types available in Indian rivers, a small size that you can use in your aquarium and a slightly larger species commonly known as ghost shrimp, these have prominent claws and look like Amano Shrimp and are sold off as Amano Shrimp also. these are not good for your tank they will hunt fish and they will cut your plants

My fav is cherry shrimp Easy to breed. Looks beautiful. Produces low waste. Not so sensitive to keep. Readily available and low cost. Only problm is that it limits the selection of tank mates and will not eat hair algae. But i also think it is the easiest algae to remove manually.

depends on what kind of shrimp, if you get the Neo cardina species that are small then it is fine, if you put the ghost shrimp then it will eat plants and hunt fish. wait for my next video on Amano and Ghost shrimp, you will understand better.
