Do anyone still doubt natural herbs? I've seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. Dark green leafy veggies are readily available in the market. Also fruits like oranges (native oranges), apples & cantaloupes. I love carrots eaten raw dipped in salad dressing.

I love a cabbage stew when I'm under the weather, lots of onion and garlic added to it. I have a scar on one of my lungs due to cancer, I wished I found these videos years ago. It's never to late I suppose 👍

Add turmeric too. Alot if anti cancer benefits. I make an indian curry almost once a week. If not I use the curry powder with garlic decent sea salt or even Himalayan salt add a dry rub on fish chicken and meat. Bombay curry mix is one if my favourites right now. But there are many types of curries depending on your taste buds.cheers

combining green leafty vegetables and fruits..water..blended together in a blender gives us a healthy green juice... i do it everyday. a glass will do.

I eat solid food rather than fruits and vegee to fill up my tummy. Sometimes I forgot and lazy due to my working hours. From now on I'll try my best to eat all these healthy foods. I've been coughing up black mucus, had pains circulating around my chest and I haven't been able to breath for 4 months and the doctors and hospital can't find out what's wrong with me. So this is literally my last resort. If I die atleast i'll be smashing out some healthy vegetables eh :)

Will I get eat ALL of them now.. So I'm ok thanks to my Mom who always said eat your vegetables. I make a juice to. I use mix fruit the 1 with raspberry,strawberry and blueberry. Then I use fruit Powerade Spanish mix in the bullet or something like that . It's so good.

With all these raw vegetables can we take in smashed form along with vinegar 2 to 3 table spoons daily add with little boiled-rice with half filledwater can we serve hot and have it is it goodfor intenstines and other telated stomach issue .
