I love a cabbage stew when I'm under the weather, lots of onion and garlic added to it. I have a scar on one of my lungs due to cancer, I wished I found these videos years ago. It's never to late I suppose 👍

Add turmeric too. Alot if anti cancer benefits. I make an indian curry almost once a week. If not I use the curry powder with garlic decent sea salt or even Himalayan salt add a dry rub on fish chicken and meat. Bombay curry mix is one if my favourites right now. But there are many types of curries depending on your taste buds.cheers

I've been coughing up black mucus, had pains circulating around my chest and I haven't been able to breath for 4 months and the doctors and hospital can't find out what's wrong with me.
