I am 59 yrs old with dark circles and dry undereye area. I have tried many concealers, and I keep coming back to the Elf hydrating camo concealer (satin finish). It is by the far the best concealer I have found that works for me consistently.

Me too! I wear Fair Rose (the lightest shade). Sometimes, if my eyes are looking particularly tired, I use Lottie London's Bounce Eye Brightener cream in light, a nice peachy-pink tone, as a color corrector under either the Elf or NARS' Radiant Creamy concealer in Vanilla. The NARS covers a little better than Elf's.

Hi Stephanie, I’m 62 with dark circles and dry under eyes. Now that I’m older, I’ve developed hollows which cast a shadow, and is its own problem. Different eye creams affect how corrector and concealer wears. It’s all become quite a challenge! A deep dive into addressing each of these issues together would be great! Thank you! 😍

I have the same hollows. Nothing seems to work. Whatever I use and my makeup bleeds into it. Even with a light powder dusting. I think I will just hide in the closet (KIDDING).

My 73 yr old under eyes love the Makeup by Mario self setting concealer. I cannot powder my under eyes with any powder. Ive tried a multitude. This concealer does remedy that for me because it is self setting!

My dry, purplish under eye area is the bane of my existence! I have bought at least 20 concealers and correctors and still am not happy with the results. I am going to try the Tower 28 because that seems like the best one for me. We'll see.....

Hey Stephanie! Lovely this timely video - it seems several companies have come out with new concealers all at the same time. Love the subject, we get caught up in our own ways of doing things and it's really easy to be totally ignorant of what's new. Until our favorites are reformulated or discontinued entirely - then we scramble to find something new. BTW, Centella asiatica is also known as Tiger Grass. As it grows, it develops soothing qualities in the fluid within its blades, and tigers are known to roll in it to help heal wounds they have acquired when fighting for mates or territory. The second word, asiatica, refers to its natural environment in Asia, and is usually pronounced a-zhee-at-icka. Long A on the first syllable. I've grown this grass as an ornamental in gardens here in Southern California, and it is quite aromatic when you brush against it. And the edges of the blades are quite sharp, so you must take care when walking or crawling around near it. The cuts it can make are like paper cuts. If I were to celebrate a concealer, it would be the Elf Hydrating Camo, which I've been using for quite some time. But sometimes I need more coverage, so if I'm going to splurge, it would probably be on the TOWER 28 bc so many of you KZbinrs have so many good things to say about it! Thanks for the video!

I am really enjoying the Dior concealer. I am late 60s with dry under eyes. I sleep on my left side, yet my right under eye is puffier and darker. I am in the market for a good, emollient corrector, or pan w several different shades. Fantastic video. Thank you.

I have mature under eyes with hollows I personally have tried them all in for me. I’ve preferred the Mario because I had the perfect match. The tower 28 for me did not have enough coverage. How slab was to drying not enough coverage Natasha Danone I’m gonna say was my second favorite, but that also didn’t have as much coverage as the Mario for me

I highly recommend the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin concealer for dry, mature undereyes. It is simply gorgeous and does not crease as much as the other concealers in my collection.

I adore these series videos Stephanie Marie. 😊 I really like the Haus Labs and find that I need to give it one more dot per eye later in the day. This does not bother me because its so beautifyl and does cover the "blue caverns" so well. I like tbe Make-up Forever bur have to use a color corrector and use it for night time speciall ocassion. I have a theory that sumblock breaks it up....😊

Have you tried the FitGlow concealer? It’s not new, however, I’ve heard good things! I’m so confused as to which one to try…..I’m 61 with under eye wrinkles and dry skin, under eye hollows and dark purple/blue circles. I don’t like setting with powder…I’m so confused 😕 Edit: I prefer full coverage

It will crease if you don't set it. I have to set any concealer. If I set it, it's good all day long and I only need a small amount of invisible powder. It's beautiful! :)

Same here. Coming into the 40's I'm having A LOT of regret from all the tanning (sun & beds) I did bc of my eye area . I just ordered the Joah and have high hopes as well. I have dry, purple circles, with bags that cast more shadows so I need something thin, that drys down some, but not too much with coverage. Can't use any amount of powder or I am dry like the crypt!! I think I have every under eye issue you can have!!

What is your favorite corrector for dark circles? I see a lot of concealer recs but nothing about corrector except your recommendation to use it under concealer. I’ve never used anything but concealer and I have one eye with a permanent blueish dark circle. Like you, I’m 48 and it drives me nuts that concealer helps but never quite “fixes” it.

I just purchased this and I was sitting on the fence if I should return it. The finish is nice but I have dark under eye circles and need to use a corrector. I’m not sure if the corrector made the concealer change color (I was color matched at Sephora for 36N) or if it oxidized. I was going to try some other correctors under it but now I think I’ll return it and try the Tower 28…if I can get a good color match.

I've got under eye lines and crows feet for days. My skin is oily so even under eye isn't too dry. I have some darkening, but my biggest issue over the last year is BAGS under the eye. Anything I apply makes them look worse.

Good morning! So, don't laugh, but I never wear concealer. So, do you apply concealer before applying foundation or afterward? :) I am 52 and I have just begun to wear foundation again. I normally just apply powder b/c I do not like the cakey feeling on my face. But I have been watching your channel along with Risa Does Makeup and am now wearing Smashbox Always On and it seems to be working okay for me. I wear only tinted sunscreen most of the time - work in healthcare and get sweaty or need to wear a mask. So I rarely wear foundation. I never wear concealer because I i think it looks fake on me and doesn't civer anything. I want to try the Colleen Rothchild undereye corrector. I've seen reviews that show a concealer might not even be necessary with it. Give it a try and let us know! BTW, I'm 61 with sensitive skin but I use good skin care and always prep my skin so I dont know if I have dry under eyes or not!

I'm 57 with normal under eyes. I want to try the Haus labs but my top 2 concealers are Lancome and my #1 is No7 . A must try. It's amazing . I have The ND and it's above average and the Kosses is slightly better

I love Lancôme! Also Yensa Skin on Skin BC concealer - great coverage like Lancôme but slightly more hydrating than the Lancôme but I still can go without powdering my under eyes and it lasts all day without creasing! I’ve been meaning to try some No7 products. Which concealer is the one you love? Is it the one with the sponge tip?

@@onewhisper22005 no sponge tip . It's the lift & illuminate triple action serum concealer. It's not illuminating at all it's more of a semi matte . Very natural

Due to very strong medication my under eyes are red/blue/purple I have ordered the ND HY glam am hoping it will be ok I don’t care if it is a bit drying because my colour is so so bad and my eyes are very sunken so I am desperate.😢lines look better than colour because I look much sicker than I am at the moment. lol ps. I have texture too. (Should I just give up 😂)

Im very picky as well. The Makeup by Mario, Haus Labs, Armani and Tower 28 seem like they would work for me. The MUFE has not enough coverage, and the Gucci is too expensive for a concealer imo

I want to try kulfi but none of the shades are good, but i may purchase it and try it. I wish i could find a tester of the ND in stores. Not sure why the displays were taken from all the stores near me. Im also debating between the mario and haus. Everytime i go to the store i apply them😊h I definitely look for undereye coverage and less settling, long wear

Appreciate the video but you do not have dark circles. Not sure which of these would work for me because I have very dark under eye circles.

You should definitely check out my video on concealing hollows and dark circles where you can actually see how dark they are. There are different degrees of discoloration. Although yours may be darker, I also have darkness :)

I highly disagree on the tower 28 - it’s awful! Colors are terrible , it’s so slimy and almost instant creasey and cakey. My two daughters and some friends had the same experience. Sooooo overhyped !
