They put all of these offensive customizations in the game because of the defensive strategies that were used in 24. It's a plus. Offense hasn't been this detailed in the history of the game.

Taking base align out hurt bad. I didnt like that on the Beta either. That's a huge feature that they removed.

Base Align is not Football. That is a great removal. They replaced it with Coverage Disguises which is realistic.

If the linebacker is close enough to the receiver he will jump and catch the ball.

Technically in real life make any wr do any route they want I love this I currently use customized routes in mut !

The removal of Base Align is a great thing. Base Align is not Football. Replacing it with Coverage Disguises is realistic. In real life you don't see Base Align because it would leave wide open holes everywhere. For years, you can get away with it in Madden because Physics don't matter.
