The one @ 8:40 is actually pretty good. Used it in school, and when served like that on a plate, the butter heats up quickly, and is really easy to spread. I always use softer butter though. Soft butter means that there are more of the healthy "unsaturated" fatty acids, and less of the unhealthy saturated ones ;)
