The passenger siding is perfect. You might need a station by the industrial park so ppl can get to working it. I would break up the houses so they no so cookie cutter, but hey its your place.

I have a cordless lithium Ion Dremel and I love that thing. Im not sure if youre into electronics but DCC-EX is a nice DIY DCC kit to have on a layout.

Merry Christmas Ken from Melbourne Australia. That BNSF loco would not be pulling that old style of passenger carriages... I suggest you acquire a steam loco or something of similar format to what would be the style of loco to pull those carriages.. (no I'm not a rivet counter just suggesting things).. A loco would not be going through the undercover area of the Transformer building it would only be the wagons.. the loco would back them in to get loaded.
