I love black and camel! It’s even a classic look on my husband…black pants, black button down shirt & a camel blazer. With a tie, it’s more dressy but without it’s a dressed down version. I often wear something similar- black pants, black top or I have a sleeveless turtleneck that I love with a camel blazer.

I have a hard time with white top and black trousers. It reminds me of a waiter’s uniform, at least in Spain that combo used to be very used with hospitality uniforms. Nothing wrong with it, it is just a no-go for me 😢 on the other hand, black and navy and black and grey look terrific 😍

How slim you are, Ms. Long Legs! I wish I had some of your English/British height! My legs are proportionally long, but I’m only 5’4” nowadays, I was 5’6” in youth. I can’t help but think that the taller and slimmer, the more elegant! Decades of seeing 6-foot tall, size 4 (US) models, I suppose. I’m slim, too, but crave more height. No, taller and slimmer has been considered elegant for a very long time, even in the Middle Ages. I have a copy of an illuminated book of hours from France; the people are portrayed as tall and slender, which is a feat considering that many of them are wearing bulky, fur-lined clothes! Even Japanese art of several hundred years ago depict women as tall and extremely slender. It's an ideal that comes and goes, but it's definitely in right now.

Unfortunately as a spring colour type (I don't care about fashion rule but in fact other colours do not suit me at all or I just don't like them on me), I can't wear so much black and camel is also a colour that doesn't suit me at all because of my too similar hair colour. ​​@@edennis8578 It may match with my complexion but imo it makes me too yellowish😂 And I personaly also don't like when long black hair women wear black on the top of the body. And same for blonde long hair women. I like a little more contrast. Same colour palette but lighter (cream for ex.). Or every colour with yellow undertone but darker than my hair. It looks on me much better than same colour in the hair and clothe on the top. 😊
