My first pitch I will talk about what I ate for breakfast until they kick me out. The second time I apply, they will remember me, excited for a train wreck, then BAM sincere pitch.

If I were him, I wouldn't put this information out like this. When you're good at something never do it for free. 😄

From the viewers perspective (due to the time lag between decision - finished production) there is a big disconnect between original stories being pitched and the remakes, reimagining and sequels happening in the cinema I would love to hear someone speak to that, how much room is there in the industry for original content. Should the writer be focussed on producing a succesful novel rather than screenplay

If you got one big lord of the rings idea and thats gonna be your lifes work and youll be fine, then you can focus that then turn that into screen play or pitch/sell that, but if you insisted on movie for sure, maybe you have more chances by having like 10 screenplays to pull out for any occasion.

For comic book submissions, it's crucial to be direct and concise, emphasizing the pitch. Attach a separate cover letter. Publishers prioritize the concept rather than you unless you're popular. Begin with the pitch and reserve personal details for later, or use a concise one-sentence introduction, if necessary. In the first contact, publishers prioritize your project over personal information. They'll only want to know your background if they express interest in your work. "7, Relantionships are everything" It makes me think about that old joke about Hollywood and their "couch test" XD

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled within the lush green hills, there lived a remarkable young woman named Leonora Dompor. Leonora possessed an extraordinary gift known as the King Midas Touch. Everything she touched turned into precious stones and gold, a power that was both magical and miraculous. Even the most ordinary objects, like fake precious stones and imitation gold, were transformed into genuine gems and pure gold with just a gentle graze of her fingertips. Leonora, with her heart brimming with kindness and compassion, decided to use her remarkable ability to bring joy to those who were less fortunate. She understood that beauty can reside not only in grand palaces and extravagant wealth but also in the humble and simple bodies and souls of the poor. She embarked on a mission to complement the beauty of their lives by adorning them with exquisite necklaces and jewels. With a heart full of empathy, Leonora sought out those in the village who were struggling, their spirits dimmed by the weight of poverty. She would visit them, her gentle presence like a warm ray of sunshine in their lives. With her delicate touch, she transformed their appearance, not merely on the surface but deep within their hearts. There was Maria, a shy and introverted girl with a face hidden behind tattered clothing. Leonora extended her hand, and as her fingers brushed against Maria's cheek, the young girl's appearance underwent a remarkable metamorphosis. Her eyes sparkled with newfound confidence, and her smile radiated with joy. Adorning Maria with a necklace that gleamed like the stars, Leonora whispered words of encouragement, forever changing her perception of self-worth. Next, she encountered Tomas, a kind-hearted elderly man who had weathered the storms of life alone. With a gentle stroke of her hand, Leonora's touch transformed his frail and weary body into one brimming with vigor. She adorned him with a ring that glimmered like a ray of hope, and in that moment, Tomas discovered the strength to carry on and embrace life's blessings. As Leonora continued her benevolent mission, she encountered people from all walks of life, each with their own struggles and hardships. The villagers came to believe in her extraordinary abilities, and tales of her magical touch spread far and wide, filling hearts with hope and wonder. But Leonora, true to her nature, remained humble and gracious. She never sought recognition or fame. Instead, she reveled in the happiness she brought to others. The village flourished, not just with the sparkle of precious jewels, but with the newfound sense of worth and dignity that Leonora had bestowed upon its people. Word of Leonora's selfless acts reached the ears of a powerful and wise queen who resided in a distant kingdom. Intrigued by the tales, the queen summoned Leonora to her court, eager to witness the magic firsthand. Upon meeting the humble fairy godmother, the queen was moved by her grace and selflessness. She recognized the immense power of Leonora's gift and decided to use it for the greater good. Together, they embarked on a grand endeavor to uplift not just their kingdom but the entire realm. Leonora's touch became a symbol of hope, love, and generosity. She traveled far and wide, transforming lives and healing hearts, turning what was once mundane and ordinary into something truly extraordinary. And so, the legend of Leonora Dompor, the fairy godmother with the King Midas Touch, lived on through generations, inspiring kindness, empathy, and the belief that every person, no matter how humble, possesses the ability to make a profound difference in the lives of others.By Leonora Dompor with original idea and complemented by Open AI for God’s greater glory

I wonder why AI stories mostly all start with 'Once upon a time...'. I've done at least 50 stories using Open AI and probably 40 of them start that way.
