I'm glad to hear that. That's my aim, to try and help out fellow data management professionals or those that want to learn more about this domain.

Great video George. I really like your call out that this is not a technology problem but a BUSINESS problem!! Thus, implementing a MDM technology solution w/o a formal enterprise data governance program will not bring success.

I think so too, Lisa. Thanks for calling it out here.

I enjoyed all your videos. Data management is a very complex subject but I particularly appreciated that you have used the chunking strategy to facilitate rhe assimilation of the information and to boost our memory. This technique is very efficient. I would love to learn more about storytelling techniques for data analytics, and how to leverage the data quality metrics. Thank you!

Thank you so much for watching and for your support, Andra. I’m glad that the chunking strategy resonates with you as well. I’ll add those topics to my list of future videos. I’m actually working on an online course that tackles the data visualization best techniques for data storytelling

@@LightsOnData Awesome! I would love to learn more about what data and analytics we can provide that would help us to gain key insights, other than the basic HR Analytics and metrics. May I ask if this course will be available on Linkedin Learning? Thank you!

The courses will be on LightsOnData.com (2 other courses are already available there)

Well presented. Totally agree with your list of essentials in an MDM project. Unfortunately due to bad planning teams rush to technical solution than a business solution ending up with same data problem that dictated MDM in the 1st place.

Sad, but true. You're spot on with this.
