@@Bobba54girlhello, Im not her but, for seeing results you should be consistent and never stop doing it, it can take weeks or even months, in my case it took me a month when I did some facial yoga because I combine that with some exercise too, so it helped even more, I hope this helped to you and never give up💗

Going to start doing this everyday Day 1: ✅️ I felt a burn & it did hurt a bit Day 2: ✅️ Felt relaxed Day 3: ✅️ Tired but succeeded Day 4: ❌️ Day 5: ✅️ Did twice bc of yesterday Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ❌️ was lazy Day 11: ✅️ x2, can see a light difference Day 12: ✅️ Edit: After a month of ❌️/✅️ I highly suggest this workout. I feel much lighter & my face feels tighter than before. Besides this workout, I do other workouts & I'm careful of what I'm eating. We shouldn't be ashamed of how we look! We're perfect in our ways ✨️

Commenting here so I can update my progress and let you know about the results! I recommend using some non-fragrance body oil and/or oil if you want to. day 1: so there's no results yet obviously but the slight pain around the jaw hurts day 2: so i am slowly but barely seeing results, the pain in my jaw is still there but it's getting there! day 3: there is a bit of swelling, at least for me but i did notice a slight change in the cheeks. day 4: We're getting somewhere, the swelling went down a little (I probably did something wrong) but everything is good. day 5: Despite being tired, I still did it. My face muscles became a little looser this time (didn't realize I had a lot of tension built in). day 6: There was a lot of tension in the Sterno muscle when I massaged it, hopefully that will clear up soon. day 7: WE HIT A WEEK! We're making good progress here! my cheeks are slimming down, there's a noticeable difference in the face when I look in the mirror. day 8: we're getting there! as i said before, there's a noticeable difference there in the face when i look at myself. the fat underneath my chin almost went away completely. day 9: brand new day! somehow i noticed a change with my nose, when i feel it, it feels small as heck but then again it does when you touch it. however i noticed that it is a bit more slender towards the area where my nostrils are. day 10: no update here, i went on a school trip and didn't have time to do it by the time i had gotten back. day 11: once again, no update. my period is kind of kicking my behind and I haven't been feeling well to put effort in. day 12: so i did it! i applied a bit more pressure than i had before previous times so hopefully there will be a major change or two in the next couple of days. day 13: there wasn't a major change but that's fine. i had puffy cheeks but they aren't as puffy as they were at the very beginning. day 14: going back to the nose area on day 9, it's not fat anymore i guess you could say. it slimmed down a lot and is only soft. my nose sort of gotten smaller in a way that made me realize my nose always looked swollen when that wasn't the case. day 15: chin fat from day 8 is still there but it is a lot less noticeable. it's not so dysphoric looking for me when i look in the mirror. day 16: i have bad posture and a lot of tension in the neck when reading or looking down in general. tending the muscles there were hard but i made good progress. day 17: somehow this cleared the acne on my forehead (not i don't wear makeup) and relieved a lot of tension. this helps with migraines for me and has worked well. day 18: puffy cheeks are gone and jaw is more visible. i was literally glowing when i looked in the mirror today. day 19: there were small changes but nothing major like the previous days. on a side note it did make my eyebrows pop. day 20: when using lotion for this exercise throughout the journey, it made this easier. i naturally had a fat face and couldn't really get into places with a dry face or dry hands. my face is smooth as a baby's butt and have never seen such a positive change on me. day 21: there were major results! i've done a side by side comparison from day one all the way to day twenty one. all i can say was this exercise has been very helpful and its changes were drastic. edit: please leave a like or comment so I can come back to this and won't forget edit 2: 8/17/24 - Thank you guys for the reminder. I have been doing these and they're marked down in a notebook so I'll edit them here. I've been busy preparing for college so that's why it sort of took awhile.

I have a BIG round face with no definition and A LOT of double chin, that I've ALWAYS had. But, my face has inflated even more since last few months and I really crave to have a defined face now. No diet changes, just this workout everyday and let's hope for the best! (23 FEB 2023) DAY 1 ✅ Seemed easy, fast and relaxing. Did twice, after breakfast and before dinner. DAY 2 ✅ My neck and jaw are very sore. But, I still did this workout before having breakfast. DAY 3 ✅ The soreness has went away. I do feel like my cheeks have gone down a bit and my jaw is slightly tighter. Did twice after dinner. DAY 4 ✅ Did twice before dinner. DAY 5 ❌ Was too tired to do it. DAY 6 ✅ Did in the morning before breakfast. So far, I’m not seeing my difference. DAY 7 ✅Did twice. (1 MARCH 2023) RESULTS - Not seeing any results so far. So, I’m gonna do this facial workout for another week. DAY 8 ✅ Did twice before breakfast. I clicked a picture of my side profile on the first day and took one today and I was able to see a slight but significant difference in my double chin. DAY 9 ✅Did once in the morning. DAY 10 ✅Did once before breakfast and once before dinner. DAY 11 DAY 12 DAY 13 DAY 14

@@Arwyn_xoxo Most days I do it twice, morning and night. If I only do it once one day, I'll do it 3 times the next day. To help you can do other workouts or go for a walk or run, because losing weight in the whole body is the only way to lose fat. You cannot target weight loss. You can target muscle gain, though, which is what this is doing. Another factor that can help is a calorie deficit. Hope you go well! (The other info I gave you is just incase your trying to lose weight everywhere, like myself)

Day 1: Felt relaxed after all the workouts I done.✅ Day 2: No difference but relaxing.✅ Day 3: I noticed a slight change in my double chin. It was much smaller than usual. I am also dieting and working out every day.✅ Day 4: WOW! I noticed my neck muscles are more visible!✅ Day 5: Really relaxing. Face is slimming!✅ Day 6: OMG. Mizi this workout is awesome. Cant wait to see more results on my face!✅ Day 7: Completed.✅ Day 8: I feel much more confident with my face now.✅ Day 9: Was SUPER tired and this got me relaxed!✅ Day 10: YES!!✅ Day 11: Did it again. Just decided to do this everyday because I am so insecure about myself Day 1: ✅ hurted a little bit, no difference yet though. Day 2: ✅ no problems at all, it was so easy to do it today. Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ definitely starting to see difference in my jawline, but not when it comes to double chin and chin fat, it's still there. Day 5: ❌was way too tired to do it, but i'll do it tomorrow Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅WOW.. I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE FROM DAY 1 TO NOW. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ❌was way too tired. Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ❌was too tired to do it. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE, WOW.. Will keep going until I'm satisfied with the results, but I probably won't update that much while doing so. UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH OF DOING THIS, I didn't put like the day 18: ✅/ ❌, because I didn''t feel like it. But now I'm updating once and for all. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!

I only ever get to start following different exercise videos but never really see any results. But super excited for the first time, I have a BMI of 26.4 and I have been following this exercise for 10 days now, and after years of being overweight, I now can see a jawline on my face. 😀

@@leasiabrown8697 Actually yes I lost a lot of face fat, but I won't say that this was the only exercise video I followed. I did some other workouts that helps full body fat burn. Day 1: 😻 feelin good rn. My face muscles are feeling amazing wow Day 2: 🤩 My face felt so relaxed and refreshed last night that I did it again immediately in the morning. I don't expect immediate results. I repeat it regularly and expect results in 3-4 weeks. Day 3: 😘 Some of my facial muscles were a little more strained today, but I think that's normal because I woke up with a headache today. Still, the relaxation in my facial muscles feels wonderful. Day 4: I really seeing results and like it🎉 day 5:💖 I recorded a video yesterday. I produce content. Anyway, I was very surprised to see the difference on my face. My jaw is tighter and my face is more lifted. But let's face it, if you don't do these workouts every day, it will return to its old form. This is a video you should keep going on forever Day 6 : After the video end, I feel awesome. Day 7: I can swear my neck is slimmer Day 8: 😶🌫 keep goingggg Day 9: 😋 I love to seeing results Day 10 : I was skip this day Day 11: I just didn't want but I saw the results so I did it! hii 🧸 i will be tracking my progress each day before my school starts! please like so i can update everyday! day 1- ✔️ i don’t feel much, however my jawline looks a little more visible ! day 2- ✔️ i feel more relaxed and calm, but my neck feels a little sore. day 3- ✔️ my orientation is in 2 days!! ㅠㅠi’ve been seeing some progress, but i’ve been using a gua sha too. remember to stay positive and keep your back straight! you are perfect just the way you are 🫶🏼 day 4- ✔️ i like doing this exercise day and night, as it helps to calm myself. i’ve been seeing some small changes around my jawline !

Adding this to my daily workout, i'll update daily :) Day 1: ✅ (no physical changes but I feel confident!) Day 2: ✅ (no changes but my neck feels longer 😭) Day 3: ✅ (looks about the same but I'll keep going) Day 4: ✅ (I can see some small changes under my chin) Day 5: ✅ (my jawline is getting more defined and when I open my mouth wide my double chin is less noticeable) Day 6: ✅ (about the same as yesterday) Day 7: ✅ (One week done!! Definitely looks different since when I started this workout)

Going to do this for 1 month. Jul 11 - Aug 8 July 11, Day 1 👍- Pretty easy! Made my fingers and arms get tired during the process, and the last one made me feel too weird. Almost nauseous lol. July 12 Day 2 👍- Easy! Fingers and arms were fine this time, the last one also made me feel so weird that I kept on making weird faces but I held in. July 13 Day 4 👍- Okay, this process has been very quick and easy! I almost did skip today because I only remembered when I was in bed, my eyes were closed, and I was ready for sleep. I looked to go on the video to maybe just do a couple but once I saw I had lots of people liking my comment and wanting to see my journey I pulled through and did it. So far, i’m not seeing muchhh results but I’ll look some more when I hit day 5. July 14 Day 5 👍- OMG!!! Okay, so I took a picture after I did this exercise today and I pulled up a before picture and guysssss…. i’m starting to see a slight difference already!! I have had chubby cheeks my whole life and its been my #1 insecurity my whole life and seeing just the slightest difference is just so amazing to me. I see that my cheeks are slimmed down a little bit. It’s only to where I would notice, nobody else would be able to point it out. But, I also would have a double chin if I was smiling a certain way, but now I don’t really see it you know? And I always hated it because I’m a skinny person so it’s not like my diet is in the way, and people say it could be because of sodium but I think its just purely my genetics since I’ve always been a skinny person with chubbier cheeks and more of a face fat you know. And people wouldn’t notice it as much when I was younger, especially because if I was a kid its just a cute thing but now that I’m a teenager if I ask someone they just say “well yea but its cute!” So it ISSS noticeable. And I want to change that! So I’m so excited that theres just the littlest change. Like, idc if its cute! I’d be way more confident without it! Not even kidding this routine works like a CHARM. I got rid of excess face fat by following all the steps in just 5 days and people could tell the difference . Just be consistent and follow the steps properly

Hi! I'm trying this as someone who as always been self-conscious about their lack of jawline and round face. And at first I looked at this video and thought that it definitely wouldn't work. Looking at these comments, they have filled me with such hope and I'm so excited to try this out and see if it works! Day 1: ✅ I felt that my face was really sore and massaging it was very relaxing! Day 2: ✅ I don't see much of a difference but was very relaxing. Day 3: ✅ No changes yet but my face might be feeling more relaxed! Day 4: ❌ In the car i did a few exercises on my own but not the entire thing. Day 5:✅ Today was good, my face wasn't sore. My friend asked me what i had done because my jawline was looking sharp. wanna do this til our classes start! (aug 29) day 1- i did the exercise twice, ++ i did it at 3am cause i was bored and suddenly thinks the need to exercise ☠️ day 1 (still, but in the morning)- did it twice. i ate more protein today. loving the feeling after the exercise! makes me feel relaxed. edit: i did the exercise twice again in the evening. and i noticed that my jaw has visible shape than before i started the exercise! i was monitoring my face by taking selfies after the exercise btw. day 2- after waking up, did the exercise twice. idk, i can't identify the change but nonetheless we're gonna continue doing this! did 2 sets in the evening along with a neck exercise. i get used to the exercise now! i’m starting to love doing this as my everyday routine 🤩 day 3- 2 sets done! ✅ will do so in the evening. 1 set in the evening, it was alr 1am and i’m so sleepy day 4- 2 sets done in the evening! i’ve noticed any changes now, see u tomorrow! (aug5) just in case i forgot what date i did the exercise, haha! day 5- done, 2 sets in the afternoon. got very sweaty bcs of brownout. 1 set in the evening, yey! been doing this for almost 1 week alr. day 6- done, 2 sets. feeeeels great sorry for not updating but here it is: day 7 to 9- of course i still did it everyday as my routine. but i just got lazy for updating. for day9 i could really see a big difference, like legit! my double chin isn’t showing! it’s literally gone! i’m very happy with the results, thank you sm for this exercise. i usually do 2 sets/day. and my face got small too, jawlines showing up. i feel confident now that i don’t have a double chin anymore. like this to make me remember to update tomorrow 😔✨🫵🏻 day 10 - 2 sets done! idk but i feel like the exercise costs me a long period of time ( did u get it? ) 😭 anyway, i loved the results. if i feel satisfied of the shape of my face, maybe i’d do the exercise for 1 set/day only ;))). day 11 to 14 - i am so lazy to update hahahah. but anyways i still do it everyday tho, and yep my face was keeping its shape everyday. still do 2 sets of the exercise. day 15 to 17 - still doing 2 sets but i did 3 sets at d15. i still had a double chin but it isn't that visible in front, side view only. but i can see that it shrinks, our classes will start in a few days! but i will still do this exercise as my everyday routine (ㆁωㆁ) day 18 - 2 sets done!! ------ wow, can’t believe i discovered this workout 11mos agooo. anw, i will do this workout again 'til jul 22. wish me luck :3 day 1 - (jul 13) 2 sets done day 2 - 2 sets done day 3 - missed day 4 - 2 sets doneee

The results of facial yoga take a long time. As a result, your face shape changes and this does not improve in 1 week. You can't lose facial fat in 1 week. People should not hope unnecessarily. Face yoga really takes patience and time

@@Maria_0911 i think nu but i think yes to, but in different people the results will be different n thats true, For me it can be fast, if you want to be fast the results you have to be in a calorie deficit, don't eat high fat food and also drink lots of water as well as other Mizi workout, that way the results will be fast for me. I’ve been doing this for a week and more and I can see a HUGE improvement! My jawline got sharper and my collarbone is showing out more. I also recommend adding facial oil before doing it so it’s easier to massage, if you have a guasha at home, I recommend also massaging your face with it too. It helps a lot! ❤
