7 DAY INTENSIVE TRAINING : DAY 6

In this video, we dive into the essence of the martial art I've developed-狛猙拳 (Hak-So-Ken). Rooted in both physical precision and spiritual growth, this art form emphasizes the harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Over the course of a week, my student Elijah underwent a grueling summer intensive camp, dedicating 6 to 10 hours a day to mastering the fundamentals of 狛猙拳 (Hak-So-Ken).
Elijah's journey is a testament to the power of diligence and perseverance. From snapping punches with wet towels to mastering the circular movements of blocking and the inner strength cultivated through Chi Gong, he has embraced each challenge with unwavering commitment. On the seventh day, he transitioned from student to teacher, passing on what he learned to a fellow student-a true embodiment of the martial artist’s path.
