There's a classic one that's actually hidden (instead of the ones that are POI's you can get quests for). I haven't played Navezgane in like 5 years lol but I know its in the Snow biome. Its an unassuming metal shed with a light out front and a fenced off backyard You'll know you found the right one when there's a grate covering a vent in the backyard. You break a panel on the floor and it reveals a staircase leading down to a vault door and a bunker. No zombies inside as far as I remember, you just have to be able to break through the front (hint: the concrete walls have 5,000 hp each as opposed to the vault door's 20,000).
