It is actually somewhat cathartic watching you play this mod and getting your posterior handed to you on more than one occasion . I'm no god tier player but like you i tend to play insane / nightmare on most versions of the game and with 6500 hrs in play time i like to think i at least have a fairly good grasp on the mechanics. However Rebirth is constantly causing me to question my abilities as it will not give me a break 🤣. And I love every minute of it. 😁

Elias mostly sells molten steel so players can make their class aura mod as early as possible. It being relatively expensive is my fault. I moaned it was too cheap and Ramsay listened. Used to be about a quarter the price it is now. It's ok to be mad at me for it lol. You mentioned needing shale for gas and cement. But no chem station. Judie Witch always has a chem station. Its a tier 4 though, and pretty dang spicy. One for a later occasion perhaps. Finding the Health Assessment mod was sweet. Seeing their hp is really nice. And that triple pocket mod, extra nice. Gg Sir, keep em coming.

I need a chem station to make cement? I know I need it for gas. Molten steel isn't too expensive to make in the forge once I figured that out.

Looking at the base game, it appears that you can get an infection on a critical hit. I think most players think that an infection means a zombie infection (as in you might get turned), but I'm starting to think they only really mean for it to be a regular infection.

Stove sells for more cash than the parts I wrench from it ( I think). Edit: Queen, can you explain that again? I may have misunderstood your meaning. I thought you were saying to wrench a normal oven? If yes, that does me no good without the recipe for the table top stove. If you mean I need to wrench a table top stove, I have to find one first before I can do that 😉

Hmm....I actually died to a boss group as I got trapped. When I respawned I fought them in the open and the boss dropped his crate normally. I was surprised as I thought it was gone.

My new understanding of this is that you have to leave the chunk that the boss is in for his crate to not drop. As long as you remain in the same chunk, it will drop. Ramsey said he may change this.

The boss crate won't drop when the boss is far enough away that the chunk it's in unloads to free up memory. When you go back into the area and it loads entities back in, the ability to get the crate is gone. I'll be changing this is the next release. It was an unintended feature but I think it's fair enough to still let the player get a chance at getting the crate.

Glad you're changing that. There will be times that the player simply is not able to kill the boss when it unexpectedly spawns (which is 90% of the time for me it seems haha!)

Hey OG, when you did the hardware store, you FILLED one of the dumpsters with loot... Did you happen to remember to retrieve said loot? maybe the stove top was in that. I seem to recall thinking when you did that that I wouldn't offload that particular bit of gear in case you forgot it buuut I forgot to remind you Sorry Of course I may be thinking of the WD series. I'm easily confused. If you don't believe me just ask my wife...
