7. Disabilities and chronic illness

Don't you think that lower rates of high education and employment are rather expected? People with learning disabilities rather cannot get a good degree. Physical disability isn't only using a wheelchair, many people are in pain or have other conditions that make work impossible. By trying to get disabled into employment government makes it harder to get benefits which often are necessary.
