Excellent video for completing a great eyebrow. One tip…if you have oily skin then a good primer become a must to HOLD the color and eyebrow work in place.without a primer I find all my work melts after several hours.

Learned this from my esthetician over 15 years ago; she was the only one I clung to and trusted to touch my eyebrows. Now I’m the only one who do them since I moved away. I’ve always been able to do mine since a teen, but not the proper way and over plucked them…but I’m a “professional” at them now. 😅

@@Wisdom99-z8l True, while I think the option of appreciating the natural shape, on others if not on yourself is nice, imho it's a choice to play with their look. i.e. it seems that this dramatic look where the eyebrow beginnings are closer and lined with the sides of the nose bridge, draws and outline a sort of strong and structured brow bone, the nose can seeem slimmer and taller, it does model the face.

Tip #8: (for any of y’all 80s/90s babies) Go back in time to the early 2000s and tell your 12 year old self to put down the damn tweezers cause those poor eyebrows are just NEVER gonna be the same 😩

You could also do an Ombre powder brow! It lasts 2-3 years and gives a beautiful shape tailored to your facial features.

If the front of your brow should line up with your nose why are they naturally. I do agree with this of course but it’s just frustrating that it’s not like that naturally. I like less makeup the fact that I have to fill in my brows that much, just really frustrates me🤰🏻😤 some people are just really blessed with full eyebrows

You can also do your base then clean your brows and put some silica powder on your brows to dry them and the products will apply amazingly

you want a dupe of the new Benefit Precisely, My Brow Detailer (the absolute smallest brow pencil) Is the new Covergirl Clean Fresh Brow, from the Clean Fresh line, the light pink line. It's smaller than a hair bigger than the Benefit, it's sooo good and affordable. One of if not the best THIN brow liners out there. Check it out if you haven't and if you want the Benefit but can't afford it or just don't want to spend $20+ for a brow pencil. The CG brow pencil is under $10!! I've found it at Target. Haven't checked other retailers. Thank me later!! ❤❤

I remember when you were supposed to line the inner edge of your eyebrow up with the inside corner of your eye. I much prefer that; this way makes your eyes look closer together

The inside is supposed to line up from the flare of your nose not the middle. I agree with the rest. But it not natural looking and symmetry is off but looks like you want uni brow

I think these guidelines tend to make eyebrows end up closer because they are taylored to the thick brow look, so they elongate them proportionally to make them more dramatic, which is probably many line them up with the side of the bridge of your nose or the tip or ball of your nose, rather than the outer edge of your nostril flare (:. Though I agree lining with the nostrils, even for eyebrows this thick (drawn or natural) could give a bit more openness.

I feel the same way with my brows. I line my brows with the inside corner of my eyes. Our noses get bigger as we age so I really do not want to use that as a guide.
