True, but there were actually 14 years God gave her after Ahab's death to repent, not 10: their eldest son Ahaziah took the throne and was as bad as those two, reining 2 years before dying of complications from a fall from a window's lattice. Since Ahaziah was sonless, his younger brother Joram took the throne; he was slightly better than them since at least he didn't serve Baal, reining 12 years before Jehu killed him, his visiting nephew Ahaziah from Judah, Jezebel, and the rest of their family that was in Israel.
