Ossetes descendants also live in modern Hungary as the Jasz people(moved to hungary in the late 1200s) and the modern Asud clan of Mongolia(joined the Mongols in the 1300s) though both groups no longer speak Ossetian.

1 South Ossetia is not and never has been controlled by Georgia after the collapse of USSR. 2 Ingush-Ossete conflict had different reasons and appeared long before the South Ossetia refugees settled in the North. 3. North Ossetia - Alania is no longer a target of ingush terrorists. It is more safer in Vladikavkaz than in many Russian cities.

The most important fact which is often not mentioned is that Ossetians arent Georgians or Russians...Ossetians are an iranic population related to Persians, Kurds, etc....
