Brandon purchased a distressed 9,000 square foot commercial property in Nashville for $800,000. He transformed old buildings that used to be a gas station and junkyard into creative flex spaces by making low-cost improvements.
The property now houses tenants like a drum shop, art studios, and shipping containers turned into rentable photo/video shoot spaces. By catering to creative tenants instead of other, more expensive builds outs, Brandon was able to turn a profit while providing affordable spaces.

Quick question. I have been looking into the CCIM, but I don't think I need that. I want to know if I take your course will I get the same benefit or should I take the CCIM?

I am very interested in this. Can someone tell me if this is do able at a small scale with a full time job to test the waters? What sort of cashflow is reasonable and what is the rough cost to enter the market at a beginners level just on average. Thanks for your time.
