I find it odd that videographers think an audience enjoys looking at the side of someone's head when they speak on camera. I personally find it unnatural and uncomfortable and would much rather watch a person address me (the camera) directly. One camera is all you need when addressing an audience, and in my opinion the results come across as more professional.

I saw an episode on the America Greed T.V. show where investors lost their funds deposited at a qualified intermediary (Q.I.). Is there a way I can insure funds deposited at a Q.I.?

Yep! Commercial inspectors will look at any type of commercial property. You'll order what's called a PCA or Property Condition Assessment.

Hello Sir, I know you made your KZbin video thumbnails from Fiverr, but if you don't do SEO your video won't do well, I have seen your video. Your content is very good. But as it is not SEO friendly, you are not getting targeted views, so subscriptions are not increasing. Seen some more issues with your channel recharge. Your videos are not seo, the title, description is not channel related seo and your channel is not promoted due to lack of proper seo your videos are not appearing in search results, professional SEO is expected to give good results, you will benefit. You could have a portion of the land designated for "junk storage" if it is financially worth it. Then you could still get some of those tenants instead of not being able to offer that and losing a potential additional monthly income from that

Depends on your local municipality but more often than not, the engineer’s drawings are fine enough. I’d consult your civil engineer about it

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
