I agree with everything you said Doc, but can't help but wonder, where did it all go wrong? I remember a time when Dow Chemical sponsored special TV movies, events, or special shows on TV. While we had family time, we were brainwashed into believing that shortening and margarine were better than their replacements. Slowly they ferreted their way into American life along with non-stick cook ware, plastic containers, etc. Repeatedly, Now we hear, buy Organic this and that, why should we think that those are safe sources that haven't been compromised also? And when we say, well there are laws to protect us against that... Have they lied to us in the past? So I say, learn all you can from people like Dr. Livingood, then double check your information, take notes, and buckle up because if a business man can earn a penny selling us poison, trust me, he will spend thousands to keep it on the market.

MCT are the medium chain triglycerides in coconut oil. You can get just as much benefit from using virgin coconut oil. Some people have digestion problems with MCT but not the full coconut oil. All *real* coconut oil begins to solidify at 78 degrees F. There is no difference between liquid and solid. Still delicious! Get an organic or virgin oil. 2 T in your coffee daily will keep alzheimers away!
