Edge was using the Downward Spiral as his finisher during his early years. Sometime around 2001, he used the Edgecuton. Then followed by The Spear. Edge had been using the spear as 1 of his signature moves before adopting it as his permanent finisher.

@psychotheunsane7285
@psychotheunsane7285 Жыл бұрын
Even freakier was that Big Show used to be that agile as well. Such big men, if they were to be allowed to showcase their full potential, would be absolutely terrifying, as they'd prove themselves truly unstoppable Jacks of all trades (running moves, springboards, top-turnbuckle dives, and of course the killer power moves). Taker never fully lost that "other side" to him: he still used the running stage-dive over the top rope until recently, and loved to do the top-rope clothesline, just like his brother Kane.

Damian Dorsaneo Seth Rollins used to use a Fisherman’s Suplex Driver that he called God’s Last Gift very briefly in FCW/NXT it was his RoH finish and then the flipping reverse DDT (shiranui) he called the Skywalker. Before just making both those moves part of his arsenal and switching to the diving knee strike, then the stomp, then the Pedigree then land back to the stomp again. I think he should go back to the God’s Last Gift considering his Monday Night Messiah persona at the moment.

Not exactly the same. Dean's Butterfly DDT/Double Underhook DDT looked more similar to the one Mick Foley used to use. Drew's on the other hand is a bit different. He's kicking to add more force(or at least make it looke like that) and kinda puts his legs around the opponent while driving their head and his own back into the mat, while the Dirty Deeds are more of a standard one, just pulling the opponent down with your bodyweight.

WRONG. Signature = Move associated and often used by a wrestler. For example, current WWE Chamion Dean Ambrose's signature moves are: Air Lunatic (Suicide dive) Corner forearm smash followed by a running bulldog, with theatrics Diving elbow drop to a standing opponent Double leg takedown followed by multiple punches Double underhook superplex Front missile dropkick Knee strike to the midsection, as a counter to an oncoming opponent Lunatic Lariat/Wacky Line (Pendulum lariat or a rebound clothesline to an opponent outside the ring, preceded by sweeping off from the apron) Running crossbody followed by multiple punches Running front dropkick to an opponent against the ropes Snap DDT Snap elbow drop Tornado DDT

He stopped using it for a very simple reason; he was not wrestling in the cruiserweight division anymore. It's a lot harder to accomplish Liontamer on taller opponents.

Walls of Jericho is only the boston crab without any modification just renamed. the Liontamer being called "Walls of Jericho" would be a better choice.

+123 Abcde No, an underhook is when you grab one arm, like Finn Bálor's finisher, he only grabs one arm, a DOUBLE underhook is the exact same thing as a butterfly hold.

more like mick foley's then drews. drew always did a scissor/waist wrap where he'd wrap his legs around the torso as he fell back pulling the opponent with him. first called silver spoon, then renamed to future shock, which was also name of a move that kazarian did for a while.

I’m just glad to see people still using the Crippler Crossface as a finisher these days. I know Shawn Michaels would use it from time to time and Daniel Bryan uses something very similar for the LaBelle Lock.
