1) Theres no strong or weak mental health , theres weaknesses and strengths . 2) you don't need to be positive all the time or even negative, give yourself the chance to feel both 3) even when your under pressure be relaxed and focuse on your goal . 4) give yourself the preemessin to be you .

3:34 - 5:00 The problem with this, is that it assumes everything of who we are (or what we have become) is the true version of us; which is not the case. It’s dangerous to identify with all aspects of who we find ourselves as today: our thoughts and the emotions that occur inside us are not necessarily originated by us. The question I urge you to ask is this: how much in you has actually come from the outside without you realizing it? Your religion, your politics, your diet, your attitude, your basic inclinations. How much of your personality has been planted by your parents, family, friends, teachers, preachers, coworkers, and the TV with the commercials and the mainstream media? Have you ever questioned your default programs? If you want to be mentally strong then you need to open your eyes and hears and find those programs that are unhealthy, unnatural, not of you, and holding you back, and uninstall all of them.

I have another question. Suppose you have followed all of the advice in this video and achieved a level mental strength. A wave of unfortunate things behind to happen but you stay calm and react accordingly and reasonably. The outcome of these events regardless of your actions were overall negative and you have failed. You learn from your failures and have already achieved a level of mental strength. Then the previously mentioned negative situations happen again only this time your life is ended. Now suppose you become conscious after you have died knowing full well that you are dead and there will be no further chances. By chance and chance alone your life was ended in a most unfortunate way and didn't have an impact the world or even a single person. What does this person with mental fortitude think? Does it even matter? Lets say that without them knowing they actually have a chance of being brought back into the world but only if they choose a less mentally stable mindset.. Will this person be resurrected? Why were they brought back for that path of thinking? If they are brought back are they a fool or mentally weak?

Hi! Good question. I am a Christian. It is amazing how much hope is found in Christ! The Bible says “for God so loved the world that he gave his only…son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For Christ came into the world not to condemn it but that the world through him might be saved” the Bible also says “he who knew no sin became sin for us that we might have the righteousness of God” the Bible says “believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved”. Christianity is so simple! You simply tell GOD that you truly believe the above and you are counting on Christ and not yourself to get you to heaven and you are saved. The Bible promises me that as far as the East is from the west that is how far my sins are removed from me. The Bible also says that GOD knows I am but dust. He so gets how human I am! You too! I have made some pretty bad decisions in my life. Every one of them was paid for on the cross when Jesus died for my sin. I would check out the movie or book A CASE FOR CHRIST”. If you are not used to praying, which really is just talking to God like you would anyone else, let me give you a prayer if you want to accept Christ as your Savior from the things you mentioned above “LORD, I know I am a sinner. I know you are God and that you died for my sin. I now accept you as my savior from sin. Thank you for dying for my sins” this can be said many different ways. It’s not these words in particular that are important but meaning them. I myself have had a pretty difficult life. I have PTSD and depression because of it. It is wonderful to know that a have a Savior who has collected every tear. Try reading the Psalms in the Bible. They are so comforting! They were also written by men who definitely made some pretty serious mistakes and bad decisions. God’s richest blessings!

Hi, I have a question, so we're not supposed to change because we're "changing who we are" but at the same time we need to learn new things and find new habits and sometimes change our daily routine and our mindset to develop and improve our lives, so the question is how to do both cause if we work on being tge best version of ourselves we're changing our actual personality, that's kinda complicated.

"do not change yourself". this is one of the main stream statement these day. And is complete nonsense in my idea. Hitler also accepted who he was without challenging himself and we all saw what happened to the world. let's say you are suffering from extreme obesity. what does "do not change yourself" mean in this case? it means accept the fact that you are fat, and do not try to have control on your weight. instead change this motto to : "challenge yourself, aiming at a better version of yourself. change whatever can be changed and accept whatever cannot".

What are some signs of being mentally weak? 7 Signs You're Not Mentally Strong, You're Just Acting Tough You mask insecurities. ... You think failure isn't an option. ... Your self-worth depends on how others see you. ... You suppress your emotions. ... You deny your pain. ... You think you can do everything. ... You try to control other people. What makes a person mentally weak? Mentally weak people are often impatient. They overestimate their abilities and underestimate how long change takes, she says, so they expect immediate results. It's important to "keep your eyes on the prize" and relentlessly work toward your long-term goals.
