Today we have for you 7 Homemade Healthy Cookies For Weight Loss
I hope you like all these vegan and non-vegan healthy dessert

1 banana and almond 80 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
salt
2 medium bananas mashed
1 tsp honey
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
add dry ingredients to mashed bananas with honey
scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a fork or back of a spoon and Bake for 26-30 minutes
After they have baked and cooled completely you can store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
2 chocolate with almond 110 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
2 tbsp ground flax seed + 6 tbsp water and set aside for 15 minutes to thicken
1 oz coconut sugar
3 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredient and stir well to combine.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets
Bake for 10 minutes
they can be stored them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
3 chickpeas the peanut butter 120 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
4 oz chickpeas boiled
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup peanuts
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 oz mini chocolate chips
Add chickpeas and honey to a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
after they cooled you be store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
4 apple with oatmeal cookies recipe 90 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
a pinch of ground nutmeg
salt
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp milk
1/2 medium red apple
In a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredient and stir well to combine.
Fold in the apple.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
after the oat cookies cooled you be store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
5 zucchini with oats 90 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp ground chia seeds
5 walnut halves
salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup applesauce
In a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredient and stir well to combine.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes.
after they cooled you be store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
6 carrot woth oats 100 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
1 oz walnuts halves
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 old fashioned oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
salt
a pinch of ground ginger
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup grated carrot
In a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well
Add the wet ingredients and carrot to dry ingredient and stir well to combine.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
after they cooled you be store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
6 beetcookies 110 calories (7 serving)
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp bakingpowder
1 oz mini chocolate chips
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 oz coconut sugar
1/4 cup purred beets
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
combine all ingredient and bake for 10-12min Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
7 lemon almond 90 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 cup chopped almonds

Don't poison your elderly Father with sugar. Cookies are NOT a healthy snack. Honey & coconut sugar & bananas are just white sugar with a few extra vitamins & a little fiber in the case of the bananas. Shame on the person who made this video!!! These recipes are UNhealthy. Give your Father a little cheese/nuts/SMALL piece of fruit for snacks.

Just tried the carrot ones. They are stil warm from oven. I LOVE THEM, i totally love them. Thank you ♥ Next time will try else ones out of these. I replaced honey with agave sirup. (for even healtheir option) but both go well!

Agave=poison It's worse than white sugar. White sugar is only 50% fructose. Agave is 90% fructose. I am sure you really love sugar, but don't be surprised when your "healthy" cookies make you gain weight & get cavities.

If you don't want to gain weight, don't make cookies. If it tastes sweet, it's bad for you, and will make you GAIN weight if you eat more than a very small amount. It's what you eat in quarantine that matters.

My Pham: Your "daily caloric intake" is not supposed to be based on cookies. If all you eat is cookies, you WILL gain weight, even if you don't exceed your "daily caloric intake". Fructose causes weight gain. You will also get cavities from all that sugar and be deficient in vitamins. Cookies are supposed to be an occasional dessert and NOT the main course. Your calories are supposed to come from meat & veg & NOT sugar.

Ask Dr. Swole: Cookies are NOT healthy. Snack on some cheese or nuts and/or a small amount of fruit. Large amounts of cookies will make you gain weight & give you cavities. Honey & bananas & coconut sugar are just white sugar with a few extra vitamins & a little fiber. Such a joke that people make up all these excuses to eat sugar & call it healthy.

Very interesting - some of these are quite imaginative. Don't overwork the cinnamon though - replace it in any recipe with walnuts with nutmeg - a much better choice; likewise with vanilla extract - it can be replaced with a few drops of other flavouring - almond, hazelnut, lemon - vanilla and cinnamon are, well - just too vanilla!

Fact: If you are addicted to sugar (and YES, you can become addicted to sugar--much like some people are addicted to alcohol), these delicious looking cookies are not for you and they sure as hell are not for me. Personally, the ONLY way I can deal with sugar or foods containing sugar (the added kind; not what's already in fruits and vegetables which gives the latter a much lower glycemic load) is to avoid them ENTIRELY. H O W E V E R, I WILL most definitely make these for my grand children because the amount of sugary substances in any of these cookies is far less than what is in a conventional cookie or so many other desserts we give our kids. Besides, there are great nutrients in bananas, apples (preferably organic) carrots, zucchini, large flake oats, peanut butter, almond butter (plain for both; no added sugar in the butters), chia seeds, eggs (if you're not trying to avoid), almonds, etc. Moreover, these cookies can be adjusted for taste; e.g., substituting raisins for chocolate chips. Finally, if my grandchildren pop in, I can make a batch of these goodies in a jiff and if perchance, they are not here long enough to eat them in one fell swoop, I'll ship them home with what is left,. So, I thank Seriousfitness for these wonderful recipes. For sure, they will be used in this house but only for my little darlings. :) :) :)

awesome recepie but.. all of those cookies are very calorie dense, 110 cal for 1 serving ( 1 cookie ) is a lot of calories, can eat 300g of straw berries for 110 calories. but it is cookies so nice job!
