Yes! Time with Jesus first thing. A ministry called Well Watered Women encourages us to put the word before world. Also going on social media after time with Jesus

Thanks for sharing your healthy habits! It was insightful in coming up with or adding to existing healthy habits. One thing that I have found beneficial for me is to seek multiple ways to fill my spirit. So, I may spend a significant amount of time listening to prophetic word; sermons/teachings; Christian based/inspirational music; testimonials and other positive content. I am in a more peaceful/restful place when filled with godly positivity and being intentional in limiting negativity as much as possible.

I love Garden of Life protein powder - specifically the chocolate organic raw protein and greens one. You don’t taste the greens at all and it’s lightly sweetened w stevia! I do a half scoop cuz too much protein is hard for me to digest. I also do water as a liquid instead of alt milk when I don’t want it to be so thick / sweet! I usually make mine with frozen blueberries, frozen banana, a half scoop of protein powder, chia seeds, nut butter, cacao nibs, and a small spoonful of spirulina!

@@kacinicole I live in Oregon and used to live in Washington, and often I'd find it at local health food stores but have also found them at Market of Choice, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and I think maybe even Target? (maybe)!! Giving a look at Fred Meyer or any other grocery stores in your area wouldn't hurt though! I don't have a super hard time finding it!!

For a protein powder you could use bone broth,love it,all natural and organic,taste amazing.But I don't know about added sugar.

Look at the ingredients of the protein powders from Dr. Axe. Some are sweetened with Stevia, and some are not sweetened at all. I hope this helps. :-)
