I haven't read all the comments but what I did read was all negative towards these recipes. Fair enough, one can't please all of the people all of the time! I really liked the recipes. They were very creative and it's hard to be creative with minced meat. I always use round steak for my mince meat, so it is good lean meat. Scrumdiddlydumptious has many different recipes, this one just happened to be with hamburger meat. Well done I say.

@@ryanwalker1018 I don't use salt in my cooking. I do use black pepper and herbs when appropriate. I have to admit that a lot of the recipes I see on KZbin, including scrumdiddlydumptious include far too much salt. But that doesn't bother me, if I use a recipe I just leave the salt out.

@@pmpdaddyt1218 Hey, I dropped my guard once at a church that eventually closed down, and decided to join in the festivities. I took 2 small pieces of "meat" from the crock pot that didn't have a label like the others had, just to try out. It tasted really weird. The lady to my right said it was venison. So, I just said: Road kill! The "pastor" who is an undercover witch, cia/fbi british spy of the church.......well her son was sitting diagonally across from me, and it was his dish that he prepared. He got red in the face, almost showed his rage/anger and eventually had to confess that it was indeed "Road kill". He's got some connection with the military/airforce, and he goes around slicing through fresh road kill and storing the meat in the church refrigerator. Lightly grease a 10 inch iron skillet. In a bowl, combine cornmeal, cream style corn, milk, oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth, stir in sugar and chili powder. Pour 1/3 of the batter. Bake 10 minutes. Spoon mixture evenly over the cornbread layer. Spoon remaining cornmeal batter evenly batter over the meat mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick in center of cornbread come out clean. Enjoy!! Not my recipe I was given this recipe, and I have it made many it times. typo; spelling

How did the eggs became so runny and looked like cheese after the oven in those mini bell peppers? Did they change ingredients in middle of video?
@ColdbrewNet4 жыл бұрын
I almost wasted time rewinding to try to figure that out! I was wondering what happened to the over cooked beaten egg center.

I was thinking the same thing. Also those peppers would be very fragile and would be crushed when you try to wrap it.
