Believe me when I say that as a man who has lived nearly 3/4 of a century, smart phones are great! But, if you’re too lazy to learn how to use them so that they are not a constant distraction and irritation. Their not for you. Nothing irritates me more than a lazy person with a smart phone. Especially, someone trying to pay using their phone & I’m waiting in line behind them! Bitcoin forever! I’m just sayin..

Around the time that I retired two years ago from the military and the federal government, I converted solely to Apple. I did so for simplicity’s sake, and for continuity between my MacBook, iPhone and iPad. It also supports my hiking - backpacking - bikepacking hobby, in that the planning / routing apps are consistent, and similarly used by all platforms. But (there’s always a “but”), I have become increasingly concerned with how much info is being collected. And, at 65 now, I’m not as quick as I used to be :( ......so I doubly appreciate clear direction (and you guys are more patient than my kids when I ask for help :)) ....Bravo-Zulu, gentlemen! Great information and a great tutorial!

Apple has some obscure reference as to why they used the "bite out of the apple" simbol, but if you know marketing, ignore the obscure and focus on the way it will be perceived by the masses.

This is me fulfilling my promise, he’s my favorite after so many heartbreaks. I thought it was time to give myself a break and focus on my job while trying to heal from my previous toxic relationship. After about a year and half I met a lady who turned out to be my boss daughter, I was reluctant at first but her persistence and high spiritedness got me submissive. We started getting along so well , no day passes without constant communication, I fell in love and didn’t want to be hurt ever again; told her my weaknesses and she told me hers, along the line she came across her ex and her attitude towards me started getting cold. Seemed like deja vu all over and so I couldn’t let the anxiety tear me apart. I met a colleague who introduced me to the best set of Private investigators , I contacted and hired them almost immediately and they requested a down payment to commence the job after targets cell number was provided. After 24 hrs they responded with all the deleted messages and archives of pictures she’s been sending out; I practically had access to her phone without her knowledge. Turns out she connived with her young sibling to test my patience and tolerance, all the info was carted to me , thanks to the hackers I now pass her test with ease, lol . I was watching a video the other day talking about corporate logos and Apple's came up. Never even saw it, at least on a conscious level, the story of Adam and Eve and what the apple represented. Apple has some obscure reference as to why they used the "bite out of the apple" simbol, but if you know marketing, ignore the obscure and focus on the way it will be perceived by the masses. Of course, one must ask, if you ignore Apple's lame reason for using the bit out of an apple as their logo, and go with the established meaning of such an image, what does such a symbol say about Apple and what it presents?
@monicaleon86584 жыл бұрын
John Kennedy yup. When I first heard what the apple and the bite in the apple represented, I was blown away. Crazy how all of the satanic symbolism is everywhere and we don’t even know it.

Might as well disable Cellular Data too while you’re going berserk co pletely disabling major functions of the phone. I mean who wants Google to give them results of stores/restaurants nearby when they could get results from any random place in the world and dig around doing several more searches before they find the one they want? And who ever uses the Maps app? Who wants any of their photos geotagged with location, right? It’s not like anybody travels on vacation and would ever want an easy map they could click to see all photos taken while at the vacation spot, right? 🤔🙄🙄🙄

Hey! Just because I’m older doesn’t mean I’’m stupid technically. I was an early adopter of real computers. Back in 1983 I had 3 friggin’ PC’s on my desk, including one Compaq portable that I brought in every day from home. I was training sr client VPs how to use electronic spreadsheets back when they’d just been developed. I can. Figure my way around most technical things light years better than most men and younger people I know. I refuse to let people spout that label onto me and anyone else!

Mariya If you’ve allowed default settings, no, updates won’t change them but if you change your settings to other than default, updates will often revert from your choices to manufacturers defaults. And not every update is a full set of changes, some are only partial. Doesn’t hurt to check but it can hurt not to check.
