7 Key Moments from the Testimony of Fotis Dulos' Former Employee in Missing Mom Murder Trial

Pawel Gumienny, a former employee of Fotis Dulos’ company, Fore Group, took the witness stand Tuesday afternoon in the trial of Michelle Troconis. Gumienny reflected on his experience as an employee of Dulos, and his interactions with both Troconis and Dulos. As the questioning continued, Pawel revealed he found it odd that Dulos cut his hair, dressed like him, and tried to drive the same truck as him. Troconis is accused of being involved in the murder and disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, Fotis' estranged wife. The witness is definitely telling the truth bc he backed up anything he first stated. He’s very off bc anyone who knows English isn’t your first language you have to think a little harder to explain in English. Dulos set him up and thought he could get away with it. MT is guilty she definitely helped him cover up the murder.

How could you frame someone innocent?? He realized he was being framed, that’s why he kept the seats, as proof. They are both evil!! What really hurts me is the fact that Jennifer was tortured. MT should be found guilty, she is evil! Even in her interview with the police, she described Jennifer as mentally disturbed. And the police told her that’s what he told you.

Maybe the public should open their eyes to see she is a total scapegoat and there’s no proof of anything but people guessing and not liking her. Where is the evidence she killed or was an accessory after the fact. Didn’t the worker on the stand change seats ? So you believe him that he didn’t know but don’t believe her. Bias is happening I think. That is my opinion on this case. She shouldn’t even be on trial. There must be an election happening soon.

He might have been a more willing accomplice than he’s letting on. Perhaps his intention was to ultimately blackmail Fotis by keeping the seats. If they believed he helped dispose of Jennifer I don’t think he would be offered immunity for this testimony. What keeps sticking for me is why did Michele lie about Fotis joining her in the shower? If she wasn’t involved and it was just to give Fotis an alibi out of love or fear then when he offed himself you would spill the beans and make a deal. Unless it wasn’t just to give Fotis an alibi and the truth would incriminate you.

Mr. Pawel is confident, consistent, concise, he also had to correct the defense lawyer multiple times, and even conceded to scenarios said lawyer conjured to fit his hypothetical narrative. He is an immigrant with young children, he has been left without a job or transportation, and he is being framed as a co-conspirator to the murder of his friend. I don’t see the comparison to CA, but I also don’t see any human with a brain knowingly loaning his registered vehicle out to aid in a murder and the cleanup either 🤔
