7 km in less than 4 minutes on Honda Hornet 600

Riding my Hornet home from work a few weeks back. Sunny day and pretty warm, was a nice day for riding but a bad day for my GoPro, it stopped working after a few kilometers :(

I have the 1999 CB 600 Hornet, it´s very fun and makes me very happy, more than my CBR 1100XX superblackbird, which only works for highway at very highspeed, nothing more, i prefer the Hornet 10 times more.... With a final exhaust amb BMC air filter, this bikes performs even better, and with the chain well greased and a good oil with PAO and Ester, it gains more horse power, i slide back in the seat in 3rd gear.... It´s a very fun bike, good power, agile, fast and fun again

I have to agree with you there, i have a mt10 now but to be honest the hornet felt really strong and well balanced bike compared to my mt10 which is a 2019 model. You know, I wonder how does the hornet 919 feel on the road🫣 If i only could afford more bikes, I would buy all of them😅

Love my 600 hornet. It rips around the bends and along the straights with plenty of power. In the towns it’s as good as gold just purring about.😊

wow, at 1:14 you can really see by the speedo that hornet really gives full power in high rpms :o

After 7k rpm this bike transforms into a monster, I could feel how it hit after those rpms👌

For safety's sake you should apply racing lines, hit the apex. With better racing lines, you will make the road more sleek and you don't have to turn the bike in so much. Find a good combo between lean and conter steering. If you someday go wide on a corner at those speeds, you are dead 100%. Flying into a tree and getting all your limbs torn apart. Take it slow on a hilltop, because you never know what's hiding behind it.

Oh, that I do not know my man, I bought the bike with those mirros on it. But I bet they are some cheap mirrors called "Snell" bar end mirrors or something similar.

@@donjuliomoto okay! I have bought the same snell mirrors(round ones) but they dont fit to the bar, was just wondering how are your mirrors fit there. Like mine has somekind of metal inside which does not come out

@@waltterilindell5228 hmmm interesting, Next time I get by the garage I will take a look to see how they are mounted. When I mounted mirrors on my mt07, it had some metal that I screwed into the bar and then screwed in the mirrors in that metal. Hope you figure it out man! Take care
