Around 10000 US dollars mate. Lodha world one would be much cheaper considering the houses are compact. Also Lodha world tower is towards the southern part of the city and this is towards the north!

For 7 lakhs a month as rent, I could get a villa . A grand castle with big kitchen and bathrooms than shown in this video. But again this is Mumbai area, and a flat. I'd prefer a entire villa by myself. This house would work if there's a number of people living in and want there separate/private spaces within a home.
