Thank you for specifying your skin colour. Very necessary!
@rob48043 жыл бұрын
@A Great Man Named Lieu as a member of the black community I find it degrading to specify our skin colour in such a statement. It is essentially placing us in a box and was intended to be looked at as a greater accomplishment than any human being that owns 3 franchises. It is a great accomplishment in any case, but specifying her skin colour was not necessary. Would you feel the same way if a white man commented: “I am a white man and just opened my 4th franchise”. Trust me, with that franchise with your income invest in cryptocurrency to expand your wealth exponentially. A house is the worst thing to invest in, while investing in crypto you'll have passive income and dont have to pay taxes not until you sell and you can visit the world with your fam without a worry of money
@judasprod.tv_Xenochrist1113 жыл бұрын
@@jadon2740 True but crypto has higher volatility than owning a house and renting it, and with the rent money you can pay the mortgage and stuff.. sure crypto has serious chance of crazy ROI as well max risk. But with the house it has minimal risk. I'd say both is pretty good!

I’m 19 and live in an area where the closest fast food restaurant is 10-15 minutes away. I’m interested in bringing a lot of businesses to my community but I want to know how this would be possible at my age and what I have to do get it done. I have so many ideas that I think would be very helpful just need guidance to execute it properly.
@TariqJohnson3 жыл бұрын
Demand and demographics are very important factors. Those businesses may be 10-15 minutes away because there aren't enough people or demand in your area. With that said- if the demand is there, you could be on to something! Assuming you don't have capital, you would need to research what could be successful in your area and then figure out how to raise capital/investors.

I don't have a college degree either brother. Absorb as much business knowledge as you can and seek to start a business ASAP. Franchises require capital. Hope to find you well Tariq! Great video. I want to own a franchise to learn business management and how to successfully and smoothly run a well known business. I have lots of experience being told what to do (employee), want to see the other side (owner).

You lost me with the 3 minutes of crap you plugged this video with in the beginning. Make that 4 minutes.....

1. You can fast forward. 2. I spend hours of time researching, and putting the content together so it’s impactful and applicable. I can plug whatever I want. 3. Don’t watch my videos if you don’t like it. 4. There was a ton of applicable knowledge, and you chose to complain about the intro. I could probably guess your bank balance within a few hundred bucks.

I'm not here to make everyone happy and like me. Some people will like my style and some won't I'm ok with that. My intentions are to help. If you knew how much time it took to get 1 video, and then someone shits on it lol. I get to react however I want. Here's what's great. You can watch, or you can not watch. Super expensive to open- $1million +. Just because you like a business as a customer doesn’t mean you should try to own that business- it’s actually a quick way to get yourself in trouble.

This was the first video that I've ever seen of yours. The first three and a half minutes of promoting your stuff, yourself, and your channel completely turned me off. I made it 4 minutes into the video and had had to go to something else because there was no real content in the first 4 minutes of the video and you talked way too slow and are fairly boring.
@TariqJohnson3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for feedback. If you watch some of my more recent videos the content style is different. I jump more into the topic quicker. Here’s what’s great about KZbin and content- you don’t have to watch or follow anyone who you don’t resonate with their style. I have a lot of people that leave raving feedback on my content and delivery. They appreciate that I have the MOST detailed, thorough, and actionable strategies and advice on franchising - AND how to transition from Employee to Entrepreneur. FINALLY- the reality is not all content should be “exciting”. You label boring as delivering details. If you can’t sit through a “boring” training on how to develop a specific skill set or learn an aspect of business- then maybe entrepreneurship isn’t for you.
@thefrankbaca3 жыл бұрын
@@TariqJohnson you should be learning from this instead of trying to be smart and overly sensitive, he was right you did take way too long in the beginning. Good, you changed your delivery style on videos, now work on that in your responses.
