Hi, Simon. My dream is to re-endeavour a crack at second level teaching here in Ireland. The thing is, and I am not sure if this is defeating the purpose, but I will need around 50 or 60 grand to do it. I love your Mantra/Vibes. However, I have always been acutely aware of the reality check here in Ireland: Money. You really need Money to chase dreams or to get ahead, and that is wrong, in my view. I want to teach the children that their future is not determined by either the Junior or Leaving Cycle Programme here in Ireland and to really show off a personality [Myself], who is meat and bone, living proof of that. A long post, granted, but you get my drift.

@@dennislauritsen2590 wow thank you for your motivation! But what should I do? I don‘t have many skills besides playing the violin (11.000h experience) and being a musician. I LOVE playing in orchestra and being a leader. Also I HATED going to school. Worst time of my life. Such a time waste, choking my talent and potential and unconditional curiosity. So one of my dreams is to revolutionize the school system. That every single child knows their exact talents and passion. I think AI can help asking quizzes. Quizzes even in form of fun games. The playing style ingame can be analyzed. What are the strengths, why is someone spending more time in this particular section of the game? I know that EVERY child is hungry to learn. Bursting willing to know and explore. Our school system successfully creates perfect slaves who behave and say yes to anything. I want to create futuristic modern schools where children actually WANT to go in and learn lifelong. Maximizing their true potential and being authentic. Learning should be FUN. As much as playing video games - if not even more exciting. How can I make that happen, any ideas?! At least I can try to learn and gain knowledge in the business world.

I have a dream to start a "Thank You" Crew, with kids 16 and younger, that are willing to get out after school and help the elderly, and the sick, by doing their chores around the house or their yard work. This business will be built on donations to help churches and the homeless, the community, etc. Also, the kids will be rewarded twice a year by taking them to Disney World, Six Flags, Water Parks, etc. But I don't have the funds to get their shirts made, the cleaning supplies, the tools and equipment needed. I believe this idea would go global and give the kids an opportunity to help others instead of staying home playing games, or watching TV all day. Of course all trips will be chaperoned by parents or relatives of each child. Parents can also help too. My gkids think this idea is awesome 😎 what do you think?

I love the content on this video as always, Simon! But I do have to say that the title should be “how to get funds to build/grow your business”, as there are dozens of business models and dreams that can be built without even asking for those $10k to family and friends. I do think, Simon, that doing a separate video sharing these business models and creating without needing crowdfunding could be a fantastic idea to motivate millions to start regardless of money. Again, I love the message and appreciate the information provided, but as someone who started his own business with actually no money and building it up through sales, free trials and figuring things out with a business model that allowed it, I do see how many people can get overwhelmed and paralyzed watching this and thinking “shit, now I need to get at least 10K from somewhere else” other than just starting. I love your content and your mission, and if there’s anything we can do to collaborate or help you putting this part 2 video together, let me know Simon! Thank you again! -Oswaldo from Mexico.

Mate, I’d like to ask if you have or if you could make a video about pitching to investors. so what programs software and materials, we might need to put together our message and also what sort of environment we might expect to present that. in my head, I’m sort of visualising either a coffee with one wealthy interested investor and I’m pending pieces of paper over or swiping on an iPad or another instance where I would be in a room with a whiteboard and a projector. If you could, I’d really love to know, just a good way to take my ideas or my business plan out of my head and into a format which will be useful and attractive to the investors. Also what programs such as Adobe or PowerPoint might be necessary to create those documents. I imagine it would be fairly tricky to get an investor on board after a minute or two in an elevator, but after that, how do we deliver what they will need to become part of our business . Thanks again mate from Australia you’re a king !

Hi, Simon my dream is to build an app business centered around an app I am building. i don't want to make the name public here. I am a US citizen. I tried notion but it produced only names but no contact info or money raised.

Telling somebody that if they can’t listen to five minutes of business instruction, leads you to think they may not make it. Could be true and probably is. But the results are slightly skewed. Somebody might watch due to the fact that you said that. That could also lead them to think, because they listened they will be the ones to succeed. But they only stopped to listen because you said that they may not succeed if they couldn’t listen. If this makes any sense, let me know. I think a good way to go about this would be saving that statement for the end or middle of the video. At the end, simply state the same thing that you had just said. “ if you made it all the way to the end, this lends me to think you could make it in business.”

You are overthinking it

@@SimonSquibb, that would not be the first time I’ve heard that. I just wish I knew how to think normally.

@@HeyMJC Hey mate, I'm also struggling with overthinking. Although it's a very nice quality to have, sometimes it's overwhelming in daily life and can hinder you to live and enjoy the present moment. As Albert Einstein said: "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." So maybe it'll help you to understand the root cause of overthinking. Guess what it is? You are overthinking just because it is a protection mechanism. Maybe think about that in detail. Why are you trying to protect yourself? From who? From what? Why? Where are the feelings coming from? Ask your heart. Do you know about the 5 questions rule? You ask yourself 5 times "why?" (after every new answer) - and sometimes you get your root problem cause as your final answer. Hope it helps.
