Its the way the question is formed. If they would have given date of incorporation as March 29, 2020 then the period would be March 29,2020 - March 31, 2020 the answer is B based on how the question is framed.

The answer given here for question 31 at 7:20 is wrong! B is indeed the correct answer. You see, the keyword in the question is Grounds! Grounds for judicial separation as well as for divorce are given in Section 13(1) only! Please refer to Section 10, which talks about grounds for judicial separation. That section directs you to Section 13(1) only. Hence, Section 13(1) shows grounds for both judicial separation as well as divorce! Hence, B is the correct answer!

The answer given here for question 30 at 5:55 is wrong! D is the correct answer. People within the degrees of prohibited relationships can indeed marry if the customs and usage governing them allow them. That's written in the Act. Hence, degrees of prohibited relationship does not automatically close the doors of marriage. There are exceptions in the Act. However, epilepsy was deleted from the Act in 1999. Hence, 'should not be suffering from epilepsy' is no longer a valid condition, with no exceptions. Hence, D is the correct answer!
