Go to WorkplaceRelationscommission.ie site, it has all the decisions. All you have to do is a search for cases under the relevant act (Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994

how about working hours & little or no breaks, for example i work in a carpark that a hotel own and some shifts i could work from 2pm or 3pm until midnight then im rostered back in first thing in the morning at 8am so i dont get enough rest, i also work on my own so i cant really take a break properly because if something happens i have to attend to it for example a coin blockage in pay machine, entry/exit barrier breaks down, i cant exactly leave premises for 15 mins because there would be nobody to attend to customer if something happened, its a 7 storey carpark so its difficult to do monitor it by yourself,

Go to Citizen's Information or a solicitor if you want to do something about this, AFTER raising it as a grievance with your employer.

I'm during acas ec process. So we shall see if agreement will be there. Employer deducted two weeks wages and did not give notice period or holiday pay... the reason was training cost... so let's see.

If you are involved in ACAS process you are probably in the UK. I am in Ireland so you would not want to be relying on the information I provides as I do so in the context of IRISH law, not UK.
